My name is Charles M. from Colorado, USA and I wanted to share my recent experience with FisioVida. I experienced a workplace injury that required surgery on my wrist. My intensive post-operative therapy program was prescribed and monitored by my workplace insurance provider. A few months into my recovery and on-going physical therapy I had to spend almost 5 weeks in Porto managing a real estate project demanding extra attention. After some on-line research I transferred my care plan to FisioVida. The on-line reviews from other customers were positive and helped me feel confident that I would receive competent and professional care during my stay in Porto.
I must say my experience with FisioVida exceeded my expectations. The front office staff that manage the website, phones, scheduling, billing, etc. were always responsive with great customer service. The care providers were exceptional, especially Rita Moreira, Joao Cunha, and Sergio Frade. Each of them provided professional knowledgeable and appropriate care for my specific injury and present circumstances. I should also mention that every person I met spoke English and did their best to help me improve my terrible Portuguese. FisioVida deserves recognition as an exceptional organization providing superior healthcare to their customers.
