This place was was great! Priscilla gave me an estimate and stuck with that! I was able to get a super quick turnaround with my tight work schedule. She found the solution that was a win-win for everyone. Great communication thru the entire thing, and professional and my car looks amazing! She and the entire team helped me out a lot and the end result I can't stop staring at my car. Highly recommended!

Priscilla was the estimator I worked with twice. I hit a pole in January and in February I was in a hit and run accident. Both times Priscilla assisted me with my repairs. She was very thorough, kind, and efficient. The body shop communicated throughout the whole process. They even took care of minor scratches unrelated to the accidents. When there was an issue with the lock from the first accident they also took time to get it fixed to my satisfaction. I am really happy with the customer service and the work they did on my car. I am happy I finally found an auto body shop I trust.

Wanted to get a scratch on the bumper fixed.

Carlos did an amazing job of communicating over Yelp, working around my time constraints of being able to only drop the car off on the weekend and was up front about price and stuck to the estimate.

The work itself was completed in a timely fashion and the quality of the work was very good.

There were other Fix Autos much closer to me, but I would choose to go to Carlos again because of how friendly and trustworthy he was.

Absolute 5 star experience. Responsive friendly customer service from the first phone call. Were able to squeeze me into an estimate and repair date within a few weeks, unlike some places I tried where it was months out. The workmanship so far seems perfect. Price was actually great, I checked one other shop who quoted me hundreds more. And the cherry on top, they washed waxed my car and cleaned the interior as an included bonus! Sorry to the team, for my car was in bad need of cleaning. Thanks Linda and Fix Auto!

Great experience overall working with this shop. They are very responsive. Carlos responded immediately and was able to come in for an estimate. Work we done the following day and they did a great job. Communicated throughout the whole process and car was done in a timely manner. i called into a phone number to this business and got a young lady who was supposed to transfering me to carlos b, which sent my estimate via text messaging, the recording said they were now closed leave a message and we'll get back to you when we return. i think this is just a scammer line and hung up.

They quote you $3900 +600 for jambs then when you get there they estimate repairs for around $9200+
I guess all body shops are cynical but avoid these guys. Just my experience waste of time dropping off the car for a week and it was nothing close to the estimate they gave initially

Carlos took care of our SUV repair needs. He was knowledgeable, responsive and honest. He went over and beyond to give exceptional customer service and competitive pricing.

We hAve an older SUV and it was harder to get parts to match. However Carlos was able to make things work and the SUV looks great.

We got quotes from others ranging 2x more than what Carlos quoted.
Carlos also completed the work within 1 weekend.

Came back to install a new and improved lip but he messed this one up badly and wouldn't own up to his mistake. He even asked me to pay him via venmo before i even see my car and i trusted him so i paid via venmo. Went to pick up my car and the lip was terribly lined up. This new lip that I asked him to install came with splitter rods and I couldn't believe when I saw it. The splitter rods were making contact with my paint and scratching it. I personally believe he knew he did a bad job so he asked me to pay up first and also he wasn't there when i picked up my car so I couldn't address the issues immediately. I ended up calling and texting him about how i felt about the service and he could not have cared less. I was taken back by this because the first time i came the service was great. The biggest problem in my situation was that he didn't tell me he did not know how to install the new lip I brought to him and he actually texted me for advice *RED FLAG* so i sent him some youtube videos on how to install the same lip on a different car. It turned out so bad that the lip came off a week later. Do yourself a favor and go to a mechanic who KNOWS what he's doing! All Carlos had to say was that he uses everything as a learning experience, well don't use customers car to try learn new things! If you didn't know how to install it then you should have told me so I could take it to another guy who knew how! On top of everything, he accused me of hitting something while i was driving and thats why the rods and my lip fell apart. I couldn't believe he accused me of lying, he used his years of being a mechanic as an excuse, that's how he "could tell what happened just by looking at it". What an INSULT. I wasted $600 on buying that part and another $400 for him to mess it up! DO NOT COME AND SPEND YOUR TIME AND MONEY HERE.
