We attend ANY Flamboyance sale we can! We absolutely love Ms. Debi and her team and they are ALWAYS fair with their customer lines and their prices. As buyers who resale, we only trust sellers with integrity and Flamboyance is our favorite. I highly recommend them for any estate sale, evaluation or consultation needs you may have.

Zero integrity. Do not waste your time attending their sales. Owner and employees cherry pick the sale prior to opening the doors to customers but leave the pictures up to make you think items are going to be available. The axes in the attached pictures were listed as items that would be for sale at the estate sale the company was hosting. I drove an hour round trip and made sure I arrived early enough to be in a position to purchase the axes(had a good spot in line). I was the third person into the home and the first person into the garage where the axes were supposed to be. Much to my surprise the axes were gone already. I asked where the axes were and I was told that the First Lady in the garage got them and put them in the holding area. I knew it was a lie because I was the first customer to enter the garage. I found where they had the axes stashed and asked who put them on hold and I was lied to again with the same story. I spoke to the two ladies that were in line ahead of me (which were the first two people into the home) if they had put the axes on hold and they said no. I wasted hours of my time, gas and mileage on my vehicle to come support an estate sale that they were hosting just to get the ol bait and switch. Really sad. I'm not sure how you are able to lie to someone's face (multiple times). If you have had a similar experience please contact the Better Business Bureau so that a trend can be established and hopefully put an end to these shady business practices.

UPDATE to the review posted on 7/15/2022
I was finally contacted by Ms. Rivas. Due to illness it had been difficult for her to conduct business in the usual manner. After several email exchanges the problem has been resolved. While Ms. Rivas could have been better with communication prior to the illness, which would most likely have prevented the problem, she was did her best to resolve the issue once the conversation was started. I have received payment and consider the matter resolved.

When you lose a family member it is devastating. My grandmother and mother's properties were a mess and Debi handled all the clean up and the sale of items. What I appreciated the most was the time she took to mail me items that she knew would be meaningful to me. She even sent me pics in advance. She easily could have skipped this per her contract but she took the time and I am forever grateful.

We hired this company for an estate sale They are not transparent and did not keep good records. Large items were sold and after several attempts to find out what they sold for they couldn't provide any explanation. Would never use them again and would not them to anyone.
