Called and asked about service on an IPhone 6s. Sent my girlfriend there to get her phone fixed (broken screen). Wade set her up with a better phone and better service. Highly recommend him

WARNING. Complete waste of money. Spent $175 to have my screen repaired and it stopped working 5-days later. Returned to warranty their faulty screen and Wade used a magnifying glass to find a microscopic scratch on screen and voided warranty. Tried to charge additional money and I refused. Customer satisfaction means nothing to them. In addition to being cash only which is already suspicious. Should have known better. Bought the same screen for $20 on Amazon with tools and instructions and it works perfect. Easy job. Don't waste your hard earned money here. They will not take care of you. Do your research. I'm not the only one who had this experience. Positive reviews must be bots.

I've requested to reschedule it and missed to be on time. It was my mistake. Missing appointment doesn't give you a privilege to be rude to a person. The first time he ignored my call and then he picked the second time. The very first question he asked was "What do you want?". And he wants to fight me after knowing my ethnicity. Such a racist!! This guy needs a lesson on how to value people/customers. This was my only 1* review and I am never gonna change it.

P.s: And I got my work done in an other shop(HOOKUPS) who was welcoming, very friendly and professional. This guy was explaining how the entire process works and followed up promptly.

Found this shop on Google and went there first time. Called them beforehand and agreed on 15$ for screen protector if I reach by 6pm. Reached there he put the screen protector and he then completely lied about having any conversation on price!! I was shocked but no mood to argue on Sunday evening. So paid 20$ and left with a bad experience!

So BE CAREFUL, DOUBLE CONFIRM PRICE WITH THIS GUY IN THE STORE, EVEN IF HE TOLD YOU A PRICE OVER THE PHONE, BEFORE GETTING ANY SERVICE!!

HEADS UP! This place only repairs iPhones. No Android. It should be presented obviously on the business that they only repair and service Apple products.

Very unprofessional telling a potential customer they were lying. I asked how much it would be for a "used" screen which he clearly did not fully read my original text. I would highly not recommend doing business with this type of owner. There are plenty of other cell phone repair shops locally.

I did not ask for a new screen but to price match a used.

I've known this place was here for a long time but never needed to visit until now. Sat on my 6s wrong, cracked the screen and damaged some pixels. I got a very fair quote to fix and it was done quickly, he has many years of experience with phones. I will say that if you are considering a visit it helps to call ahead and make sure they are in and can take care of your specific needs. I'm glad I paid attention to other good reviews and visited, they are stand-up people.
