Terrible! Do not bother with them. I received a quote and agreed to move forward. They said they would do the work and that we could get it done within the next few weeks, but when I asked them schedule the dates they flaked out saying they were booked out for the next few months and ghosted me.

These are the most unprofessional people we've worked with in renovating our house. They ruined $500 worth of product (which is back ordered) and when we told them, they literally packed up and left without saying a word with the job not done --and what was done was TERRIBLE workmanship . My wife had to call and ask where they went. They didn't even glue down several of the stairs and they installed. I had to remove and reinstall all of their work and as an amateur, i did better on my first try than these "experts" did.
This is a disgraceful company with poor ethic and I sincerely hope you avoid them. If you value your home, you will run the other way.

Hands down the WORST CONTRACTORS we have hired! We hired this company to install planking on our stairs and baseboards. After checking on their work after a few stairs, we pointed out some sloppy work, gaps and mistakes. We asked them to fix it and they agreed. Then, they packed up and left without saying a word! The worst part is, WE had to CALL the company and ask where the contractors went! Not only did we have to remove all of their work and do it ourselves, they mis-cut and destroyed over $500 of our product, scratched our newly painted stair railings and didn't wear masks inside our home, after IGNORING a note on the door asking them to do all of the things above.
I called and spoke with Liliana who gave me her "word" that they would "make it right" but we are now out over $1,000 and she refuses to call us back. I don't say this lightly, but AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!

Great small business in West Seattle. I was looking for a carpet installer that could accommodate a quick turnaround. I liked that this business was local (Morgan Junction).

I had 5 people come by for estimates and these were one of the 2 who actually sent me an estimate. I was able to pick out the carpet in the store and they worked with me to get what I wanted within my budget. Install was quick and seamless. Customer service was excellent- like family. If we weren't moving out of town, this would be my go-to flooring/tile company.

Not only is their selection of tile amazing, but their customer service also ranks among the best that I've ever experienced.

Lilliana, the owner, was both patient and wise as she led us through all of the tile options, guiding us towards more and more stuff that we might like based on what style we were looking for, and then helped us narrow it down to a choice that worked perfectly for what we were looking for.

Additionally, given that I had just had shoulder surgery, she insisted on having her husband deliver the tile to my door so that I didn't have to try and lift anything on my own. That, in itself, was amazingly kind and demonstrated the type of service that's rarely seen anymore.

I love supporting a local business. I exponentially love supporting a local business when they're this great.

Get your tile or flooring here. I'll be recommending them to all my friends. After visiting them yourself, I have a feeling that you will be, too.

The moment I entered this business I knew I wanted Luis and his team to carpet my home. Friendly, professional very experienced along with a lovely show room and a very large selection of beautiful flooring.
The installers were on time, professional, worked very hard to complete this job in one day. Liliana recommended an amazing carpet pad that feels like a cloud. I highly recommend Luis and Liliana for all of your flooring needs.

What a great experience. We love our new carpet and very much enjoyed our interaction with Liliana. She educated us on what would be best for our needs (no kids, no pets) and kept us within our budget. Communication was great and all went faster than expected. Her install team (Eder) did a bang up job too. Really a pleasure to do business with.

I highly recommend this business. I love to be able to use a local family owned West Seattle company when ever possible. It was so nice to find this great couple who are just getting started in a business and working hard to do a good job. They were helpful with my selection of product. Very speedy on the bid and install. They were even gracious enough to help me out with a little floor issue I had while they were at the house doing the install.
