Florida Shuttle Transportation

I am so glad I did my research before booking and read these reviews. I have tried to contact this company for over a week using email, phone messages and Facebook messages and received no replies.
I will move on to a different service

I booked them from Vero Beach to Orlando for August 2nd at 4pm. I completed the reservation on July 30th and everything looked fine. Today before my trip I dialed the numbers found on confirmation email and all numbers were disconnected. Googled the company's number, got in contact with their team. They told me everything was fine at 3:10pm and they gave me their drivers number, I called the driver and the number was disconnected. I called back, they put me on hold and then had the audacity to tell me my transportation was canceled at 3:15pm.

They gave me no solution besides reimbursing my costs which I am not sure if they will now that I read the reviews before this. I had to get a lyft and spend twice the money. I emailed them my frustrations and asked for them to cover my costs since it was due to their lack of organization and customer service putting me in this position 45 minutes before my arranged transportation time almost making me lose my flight. Completed unacceptable, please use another company such as greyhound.

They cancelled my trip at 9pm for my next day 11am shuttle. They said they would refund me and they never did.
Just DON'T.

AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL. Do not book them. They will not show up. Luckily I had a back greyhound from Orlando to Naples. I'm going straight to my bank to get my $110 back and report them as fraudulent to the Bureau. Completely unacceptable. THEY'RE CRIMINALS!

Update two weeks late: this place actively practices robbery. Still have not received my refund and they are no longer responding to me! If you like donating your hard earned cash to fraudsters who don't end up getting you to the airport, leaving you high and dry at the last minute, then book here.

Terrible! Why is this the only place that can get someone from Ft Myers to Ft Lauderdale? This place cancelled on me with less than 24 hours notice via the attached unprofessional email.

Forget about it.

In February of 2020, I booked a reservation with Florida Shuttle Transportation, paying the extra $14 fee to have the shuttle pick me up privately (to which I inputted the address for my terminal info at the Orlando airport). It wasn't until 2/21 (3 weeks later) on the DAY OF the reservation, that I found out my reservation was invalid (because I, myself called to confirm where to meet the shuttle driver). I was informed at that time (about 15 minutes before my scheduled pickup) that the shuttle company was "supposed" to inform me that they do not do airport pickups. I was never told and therefore did not know this. I didn't have enough time to call a cab to the public pickup location and they told me they could not wait for me.

Extremely frustrated by the lack of communication, I've been left with unanswered questions, phone calls and emails ever since. I have tried to call the company COUNTLESS times since this occurred (now almost 3 months later) to which they tell me that they do not have a customer service team available via phone, and that they will only get back to me through email. I have sent FOUR emails by now and STILL have not been attended to. This company is a SCAM and oh how I wish I had read reviews before booking.

Beware!!! This company is a major scam!!!
It looks legit online but it's far from it.
We work for the cruise lines and hired this service to bring 5 people plus our luggage for a one week cruise.
They pre charged my credit card $517.
They assured me on the phone it was a full size Sprinter van with space for us and our luggage.
A woman showed up in a beat up old Dodge Caravan (minivan) with no idea about anything. There was no room for us and our luggage and she was smoking cigarettes in the vehicle. When I called the company, there was no one to help us.
DONOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES USE THIS COMPANY!!!!

Don't go with this company booked a round trip from Orlando to vero beach. Reservation 3477 am currently in the process of serving them to take them to court for my refund. After writing them a email practically every day for 3 months. If you don't want that hassle don't go with this company. They promised me a refund in 10 to 15 bussiness days and have told me they was going to refund me many times. I am going to Florida to help my sick mother and now also going to have to spend that time fighting them for my money legally.

Unbelievable! The "bus" that picked me up was a Dodge Caravan. The windshield was cracked all the way across and the engine was making an odd noise.

One of the other passengers thought the noise was coming from a belt!!

I should backtrack and explain that the pick-up point was a fast food restaurant. Once I was loaded on the driver went to the drive through to get a cup of water. By the time we were through I had decided to bail and called a friend to drive me.

Don't waste your money or risk your well-being with this service!

Would not recommend this company. They made us wait over an hour for a reservation pick up from the airport. We gave them another try to get back to the airport, called them an hour prior to our reserved time to confirm a timely pickup, only to be texted at our pick up time that they had no vehicles available? After waiting for an hour? So unprofessional . . . Uber in the area is much more reliable and dependable.
