This groomer is very sweet! They did an amazing job giving a Lion's Cut to our Scottish Fold Oliver. Very loving owner . We will definitely be back

Horrible appointment scheduled for grooming got cancel the first time and the second time the groomer was so late that I just left, I don't know if the groomer ever show up. I waited for an hour.

I've tried coming in during hours they're supposed to be open. Today included at 1pm on Sunday. Door is always locked. Lights are on and no one is home. It's a bummer because I want to support local business.

I have really enjoyed the grooming service in this location. Though that has changed as of today, the only reason I'm giving my review two stars is due to the past great service I received. I was called 24 hours before my appointment today & was told it was cancelled due to an emergency for the dog groomer. Now I can understand emergencies due come up, but a simple "we're sorry" doesn't cut it here, I scheduled a day off from work for this & I have no other options now as the other groomers I have contacted only have openings on Friday. The fact they didn't offer a discount on future services or refer me to another groomer that would help me is just poor customer service The simple "we're sorry" is dismissive to loyal customers. I will no longer bring my dog to this location for a haircut or purchase anything from that store again.

I am really upset about our recent experience. Let me start by saying that we have been getting our dog groomed with this tore for a couple of years and have never had an issue, until yesterday. Our appointment was for 7pm, when we arrived we were told it would be a little longer than usual. Fair enough. After 2 hours, we returned as we have never had a grooming session in a small dog take longer. The store was locked, we called and they said 'come back at 10:30!' - this is a) ridiculous and b)3.5 hours with out warning! We asked if they had started the dog and they said yes, bathing her, come back in 15 and you can pay for that. At this point we said we would pay for bathing but we wanted our dog. Believe me we met resistance. Finally when we got our dog, NOTHING had been done, no bathing or anything, which means our dog was just in a cage in their basement for two hours.

Our dog was beyond stressed and anxious.

I am fuming, how dare people do this.
