Focus Nails

I had some extra time to spend in the area this morning and definitely needed a redo of my last pedicure from another local Pedi place that left my feet totally (lumpy paint, not straight lines, etc.) ugly after. This place was nearby and had an ability to take me within 15 mins.

The store is small but the staff were pleasant, my tech did a wonderful job (he even stopped to make sure the color was what I was expecting and when I wasn't sure he waited for reassurance). My feet look much, much better, and the prices are great.

My only complaint was the $45 Pedi (before gel) says it comes with a 15 minute hot stone massage and my hot stone massage was only about 5 mins long. Maybe it meant a total 15 of overall massage? (It was about 10-12 minutes total massage of all kinds so that's close). It was still a great experience and worth the money for sure. Overall it was about an hour experience. I'll be back!

My mom lives in Knoxville. This is her and my Aunts favorite nail salon. Nail salons are much cheaper in Knoxville than in DC/Baltimore. My deluxe gel pedicure with a design was $60. The same pedicure in the area I live in would be at least $75+.

My pedicure experience was amazing. The gentleman tech was very friendly, my feet feel and look fantastic!

Love Focus nails and Tien is the best! I've been going to him for over 2 Years now. He always works hard to learn new techniques to keep up with my design requests!

this was my second time going the first time i went for a full set with white tips and the man was so nice . this time i went in for a full set and pedicure . the pedicure was cool no notes . but when it came time for my full set there was a new guy who was passive aggressive and sassy . he kept trying to make me use the products he wanted when i specifically asked for what i desired . then when i decided to change the design because i figured the outcome would be butchered he made remarks to his coworker . i also asked for square and he gave me square round but i didn't notice until i left . also within the next 24 hours the acrylic LIFTED ! the nails look cute but the customer service and product quality was 3/10 . they are bad vibes do not recommend . i will not be going back . love and light though .

My friend and I went to get a pedicure today. We got the #4 service which is supposed to include a paraffin wax mask for the feet but they melted a random candle and rubbed the wax up and down our legs which they did not wash off. A paraffin foot mask is wax in a plastic bag they put your foot in so that was very strange that we got a regular table candle dripped on our legs. it really seemed like the nail techs did not even know their services offered in each package because not all of them were completed and the candle dripping rubbed all over our legs was very strange too. I had the gel polish and during the painting process the nail tech got some all over my big toes off the nail. The massage chairs were pretty strange too because they kept turning off and resetting to sit all the way straight up almost pushing you forward. It wasn't the worst experience it was just unexpected from seeing the other reviews.

Ive gone to this salon 3 times. I just moved to Knoxville and this place had some pretty good reviews, they were nice and offered drinks the first two times I went. I always get gel pedicures because I dont have time to keep going back every week or 2 so I pay extra. Gel is $15 more and every time one of my toenails polish has chipped in less than a week. Gel always lasts me more than a month so this has been very irritating!!! I went back for the third time to get it fixed, the owner shrugged me off and didnt attend to me for more than 20 minutes when I went in. So unprofessional, they all just ignored me and wasted my time.

Love this nail salon! Great prices and my guy (Tiem) is the best. I never feel rushed here and my nails always look great.

Super pleased with the result and only costs $55! Only complaint i have is that they were a little rough when working on the nails.

I get my nails done a lot. This was my first time here. A little hole in the wall place but wow! This is the best dip manicure I've ever had!!

I called ahead and as soon as I got here they got started & did a fabulous job! Best pedicure I've had in awhile!
