Foot Envy Massage

I feel like I dodged a bullet. Tried to book an appointment today. It was for 2:00pm. Was given the directions that I would receive a waiver by email. Did not receive that waiver. Should have been a warning not to go. Even the receptionist asked me if 1:30pm was acceptable. Your customer service needs improvement. Waited outside from approx. 1:44pm and nobody was at the reception desk. In businesses that reception desk would be best to have a person waiting. Was not told that I would receive a text message, and explained that I do not give out my phone number. Here's some advice, don't double down on excuses when your client tells you when their appointment was scheduled. And the sad part is that I was so looking forward to having that massage. I wouldn't trust you with my feet now, and I'm sorry that I had to write this.

Anybody that is looking for a great massage to align your mind and body, stop by Foot Envy Massage in Naperville for real pressure point massage. This woman's "CeCe" energy and spirit is genuine. Her bedside manner makes you want to be open and willing to have her apply pressure points for Sinus and Sciatica ailments. She literally wants to help you make YOU and better YOU! I definitely was nervous going in after doing my research, but everything went out the window as she explained Chinese Reflexology to me. My first time was amazing and I'm telling everyone I know to try it. Please assure I will be going back.

I had made an appointment for a Friday after work 3 days early because I was in terrible pain. I walked in on time and the place was empty and it sounded like someone was watching a soap opera. A woman came out and I said I had a 4:30 appointment, she said No and walked back in her room. I hobbled home and was able to get an appointment at a real Message Envy 2 weeks later.

Decent massage - woke up with a stiff neck and Shi Shi worked it out for me. Reasonable prices. Enjoy!

This place used to be better, the only reason I go is because it's very close to my house. Today was the icing on the cake. I got there and was greeted by the lady. She took about 10 min to finally start my foot massage and she wasn't going 5 min and stopped and another masseuse took over, very unprofessional. The original masseuse fell asleep on the chair 2 over from mine and began to snore, how awesome was that. Anyhow I would avoid this place it's gone from convenient and an ok massage to unprofessional and not worth the convenience. On the plus side the second masseuse (a guy) was actually pretty good but that doesn't make up for sleeping beauty and the change up.

I made an appointment and showed up on time for a one hour foot massage. The woman proceeds to up sell me with a full body massage. I told her I wasn't interested, and with a pouty face she says OK and proceeds with the foot massage. Some asian soap opera is blaring in the background and then the phone rings and she continues to blabber away during the massage.... at this point Im a little unnerved. Fifteen minutes into the one hour time frame, another client walks in saying she wants a body massage. She then tells me I need to leave and come back later. Really? I couldn't get out of there fast enough!

I purchase a $31 groupon for $60 foot reflexology. When I arrived they said they'd give me an hour massage. I wanted the reflexology, but I accepted the massage.
2x during the massage, someone entered the room to have a loud conversation w/ the masseuse, leaving the door open & me feeling exposed.
20 mins into the massage, the masseuse demanded $25 + my $60 groupon. When I refused to pay, the massage was over.
My groupon was not honored for the $60 value. It's the most unprofessional business.

I read the previous reviews and was worried since I had already purchased a groupon deal.
I had an early afternoon appointment with no one else there.
My hour was very relaxing. CeCe did a good job on my feet, legs
And a few minutes on my head, neck & shoulder.
I will go again, but, if it's busy I would cancel since one is
not in individual rooms with privacy. It's hard to get relaxed
with others in chairs right next to you.

I had the full body massage. Jasmine did a wonderful job. I was very relaxed. And my back and feet feel great! I will go again. I was late and she still took me. No problem.

Worst place ever. I bought 31usd group on voucher which said value worth usd65.00 but guess what, when i entered I saw the actual pricing and its usd30.00 for foot massage (1hr) anyways. when i asked lady,she took that price board and hid it under the cabinet. how professional. Finally she called her sister who was sleeping in massage room. she started massage after 10 mins and seriously i felt she is gonna dooze off anytime. i was so pissed off in first 15 mins that thought i should leave. to top it up, other sister started some chinese movie very loud. when i asked to slow down and reminded them gently that i m here for relaxation,she asked me to go to last room which is at the end of the studio so i dnt hear chinese action movie sounds...i was like...seriously?? finally massage started - WORST!!! ABSOLUTELY WORST! it was no where reflexology as i always go to lucky foot spa and they r brilliant. god knows why i took chance and wasted my money....she decided to finish massage 10 mins earlier and i told her,u r 0 mins early then she started again with funny face...end of it! No tip as she was eagerly wiating as i am going to tip her usd10 or 20 may be!! Duhhhhh...! No tip from my end and never going back to this worst shithole...AVOID IF U CAN!!!
