Foremost Retirement Resort

Horrible place. Don't place your loved one there, they don't care. Also, make sure you do your due diligence. Check out the licensing and past violations. Don't let their advertising fool you, the Doctor who owns this facility had his license revoked in the State of NY and California, for unprofessional practice, gross negligence. They do not keep their facility clean, the staff there are just aids, they do not have licensed nurses on staff as they advertise, the records are incomplete, they are required to have secured facility, but doors are left open to residence wings. We moved our loved one to Sterling Commons just 10 mins away) when we learned of our Dads unreported fall, he was left in bed, soiled diaper, unattended, had concussion and swollen arm/wrist, he had to be hospitalized, and then learned of his bed sores. They did not turn him properly and he had a stage 2 ulcer (no ulcers when he was admitted). A HORRIFIC EXPERIENCE!!!

I had to place my father at Foremost several years ago after his brain surgery and could not thank the facility and the staff enough for the wonderful care they gave my father. I would refer Foremost to anyone who needs to find a home for their loved ones. .....
