I'm not gonna lie, my first impression of this salon was kinda weird. I asked for a price list and they said we don't have an official one, we're still brainstorming? I didn't know if that meant that they were new or if they were in the process of changing their prices or what but I was kinda skeptical.

I ended up staying and overall I'm glad I did!

The salon is clean, spacious, all staff wears masks, and they have installed clear barriers at each station for added safety.

I got a full set with SNS ($45) and a gel pedicure ($48). That's slightly more than I've paid at various other salons for the same thing. I've seen it cost a lot more too, though, so I'd consider their prices pretty fair.

The girl who did my full set was quick and efficient and gave me what I asked for. The guy who did my pedicure was AWESOME! He was so thorough and did a great job! I'm not sure if I've ever had a more satisfying and enjoyable pedicure!

There are only 2 not so amazing things to mention-
1. They don't honor the 10% off check in offer, which was what tipped the scale for me when I was choosing this salon and one other closeby, so that was a bit disappointing. They said they've tried to take it off, but it hasn't worked.
2. There are a few black specs in my SNS and she said that had been happening recently with several colors so idk?

Overall, would recommend!

My go to! Love this place. Lee is my favorite! He takes pride in his work, does an excellent job with attention to detail! They are great about walk ins and keep me coming back to get my nails and toes did! Grab a Starbucks and pamper yourself today! You won't regret it!

I was visiting my in-laws and randomly walked in Friday afternoon and was greeted immediately. They were super friendly and happy to be of service. My technician had been doing nails for over 11 years! I could tell by his efficiency and attention to detail. Everyone wore mask and they had the pixel screen installed at every pedicure chair and manicure table. I was very happy with my service and will definitely come back next time we're in town.

So disappointed! I just had my nails done here. I had high hopes based on the good reviews. The owner did my nails and rushed through them. They look so sloppy. My one nail needed a tip because the natural nail broke and she kept filing it crooked, even after I asked her the fix it. It was shorter than the rest of my nails! She ended up having to replace the tip but only after arguing with me that I should just leave the one nail short! When the rest of them are longer and a completely different shape!? She truly did not give a care what my nails looked like. She just wanted to rush through them as quickly as possible to get to the next customers. I could tell because she was going so fast and kept looking up at the people in the waiting area. Anyway, she filed it crooked again and it this time is was way longer and wider than the rest of my nails and when I asked her to fix it, she handed me the file and told me to shape it. A professional nail tech can't properly shape a nail and is making me do it myself? My nails, except for the one broken nail, were all the same length and she filed my right thumb nail way shorter than the others.

And if all of that is not bad enough, she did a shimmer chrome top and the first nail she did had a blue shift. The one I chose had a rose tone shift to it. I told her that's not what I asked for and she switched to a pink tone shift chrome for the rest of my nails and wasn't gonna fix the blue one. I waited to see if she was gonna fix it and when she "finished" and hadn't corrected her mistake, I told her that one was different and needed to match the rest. She argued with me saying it changed colors when you move. Like I am an idiot and didn't see everything she did and used I my nails.

Now that I've left the salon and can see my nails in natural light, I am so upset with how sloppy they look over all. I can't believe a professional who owns her own salon would do such a poor and rushed job. Why even take me as a client if you aren't gonna take the time to do a proper job and have an attitude with me when I politely ask you to correct your obvious mistakes? I will be updating with photos.

My wife introduced me to Forum nails. the staff is the best. lem does my feet. he takes his time does not hurry. always leave feeling very relaxed. Tresssea or Wendy do my hands . I highly recommend Forum nails the service is the best

got my nails done at forum and was very underwhelmed. The nails were lumpy and I have sns stain all over my fingers. When the color didn't look like what I wanted she was rude when I wanted to add another coat of a different shade.

The pictures are screenshots from videos so they don't even do them any justice but when I say they make my nails perfect every single time, I mean every time my nails turn out exactly what I ask for and even better than I imagine. I don't trust anywhere else with my nails. Their pedicures are great too. Their prices are better than anywhere else. Very friendly and quick! They pay very close attention to detail and I've NEVER left with a single complaint

This place gave great service!
Even after I messed up my nails, they fixed them and were so kind about it!
The decor is also very comfortable and classy!
They have many options of whatever color you can imagine for gel and regular polish!
Love this place and will be back everytime I'm in the area!

Jenny just gave me a fantastic pedicure! I'm so happy about this because it's extremely difficult to find a great pedicurist. $45 includes the standard nail care service, a scrub, lotion, hot towel, and gel polish. The massage was so relaxing. My toe nails are shaped up and pretty in pink!

Got a full set of acrylic plus gel polish and the technician was very precise and perfect with everything! Good selection of colors and the staff is friendly.
