I'd started hearing strange cranking noises coming from the engine one day and after pulling up to a friend's house to put it in park, something went up in smoke. Obviously did not feel comfortable turning it back on and driving it back home so I ended up having it towed to my house.

Due to mega-storm Izzy, we had to play it by ear to have him follow-thru on the fix. Ice-covered roads in the area made for a dangerous driving situation, but he was so attentive about following up with me to ensure we were in touch the whole time. Once he came out, he got right to work and had my car fixed in no time! I wish most people I contract were as efficient, professional, and affordable as Daniel is.
