Absolutely fabulous customer service! I had a pretty late request for embroidery on a security blanket for my niece and I had gone through another company and it wasn't working out with them but I was able to get my request in and complete in just two days and they stayed open late so I can come pick it up before the party and so I didn't have to make an extra trip because the location is 30 minutes from my home but near my work. highly recommended will be going there for all my embroidery needs.

Had a lot of issues with the owner getting back to me to get shirts done for a business I am starting out. Dealing with the owner who felt like she only wanted to deal with me as minimally as possible.
