I've reached out to multiple brokers to get a quote, Brent is by far the most responsive (considering this was requested during the holiday time) and helpful. We got our keys earlier then expected for our space and landlord required us to have insurance prior to getting keys. I have been w/ FO & Associates for a # of years. They handle the insurance for my house, car, & antique car. Each year they automatically review my policies so as to insure that they are up-to-date & that I am receiving the best rate. They return my phone calls & email promptly. Although I have never filed a claim w/ them, I am sure that I would still receive the same fine quality service. I can recommend them to anyone who is looking for insurance services.

This place has a gazillion 5-star reviews, only one bad review. Weird, right? Especially since people are likely to review an insurance broker when something goes wrong. That tells you something. In keeping with that weirdness, my experience feels like something out of the twilight zone.

First, let me just say that buying business liability insurance is highly transactional. It's something imposed on me by a client. I don't want it or need it, so I tend to buy the cheapest with the right level of coverage. Fusco & Orsini offered the best price, the transaction was super smooth, you could tell they care about customer service, and every interaction was friendly and professional - all great. However, while that level of service has become increasingly rare, it's not something that inspires me to post on Yelp. It doesn't get 5 stars from me - its what I expect. I'm old-school. I give very few reviews. Life is just too short.

After my gig ended, I figured I'd just let the policy lapse. A year later while doing taxes I realized that the policy had been auto-renewed by the insurer. They'd given an email notification I missed and wham, $750 gone without so much as a kiss on the cheek. Sleazy, but I must have authorized this. But I hadn't. I reviewed paperwork - nope, never agreed to it. This seemed really wrong to me.

As you might imagine this prompted some nasty emails. I showed my ass a little as we used to say in the south. However when Michael Fusco got hold of the issue, he immediately called, listened, empathized, agreed with me and promised to investigate. I had already called the insurer and knew they wouldn't budge. "Whatever," I barked.

What happened next still astounds me. In short, as the insurer refused to pay a dime, Michael refunded the entire $750 annual premium out of his own pocket and took the loss! What's more, he did so in minutes, cheerfully, not after months. That kind of responsibility transcends service. I can think of no other broker for an insurance product of any kind that would be willing to do this and eat the expense. It's extraordinary and just goes to show why I rate this firm so highly.

Hopefully you never have something go wrong with your policy, but if you do, I expect Michael will fix for you. Michael you are truly the best!

I had great experience buying home insurance from Fusco and Orsini. After being dropped from Farmers (because of too many (3) claims), I was left to deal with the impending expiring insurance on my own.
After calling several agents and getting no where and wasting a ton of time, I got on Yelp and found this company. Luckily, my phone call got picked up by Melanie and she quickly took my information and found me an even better insurance than what I had had with Farmers for the past 8 years!

In April 2015, my Farmers Insurance suddenly upped their annual renewal premium 74%! When I called my agent to find out why, it took him about a month to get an answer from Underwriting. Bottom line is boundaries for high fire risk got redrawn, though nothing has physically changed in 45 years, just the way they look at things. Also my house is at the end of a long deadend street, on a steep slope, so firemen cannot get to it, if the street were blocked.

A month of rejections went by. In calling around, I found out that no insurance company would insure my house due to those reasons, such as "we don't insure houses in that city", or "we don't insure houses on a slope", or "there is too much brush around". I was told that I have to get really expensive insurance from the State, for "uninsurable houses". My policy lapsed, because I could not find a company to insure my house at any price. Farmers told me they will never take me back, if I did not pay their 74% increase.

I suddenly got the idea to look up insurance brokers on Yelp and arrange the filter to Highest Rated First, where I found Fusco & Orsini. I talked to Brent. Within 30 min, Brent found me an insurance company that was "dumb enough" to insure my house, and guess what.... The premium was $300 LESS than my old premium before the increase. Became my insurance was lapsed, I went to his office to sign the papers late in the day, like 5:30 pm, when he should have gone home. I stayed there till like 9:00 pm, feeling bad that I made Brent stay overtime at work for so long.

I thought Brent was staying late cos of my situation, but when I call him after hours like 8:30 pm, expecting to leave a VM, when I put in his ext. he answers the phone with live voice. Poor guy lives at the office to serve you.

Well, after a year with the "dumb" insurance company, it got smarter in 2016, and my renewal rate went up 35%, to what Farmers was before the 74% increase, but it was still a year behind. But Brent called me at that time, and told me it was still the cheapest and best coverage he could find me.

I am now in my second year with this insurance company, but I am well taken care of because Brent makes sure I get the best rate.

That same Farmers agent did not do that for me, as my insurance on another property went up to $4500. I did my own research and found coverage for only $3200 for same coverage. I told Farmers I was going to leave, and ONLY THEN, he told Underwriting, and Farmers Underwriting matched the $3200 with even better coverage, and that was about 6 years ago. Why couldn't my Farmers agent find me the cheapest coverage, without me telling them I was leaving them. Now my premium is only $2700, when I woulda been paying more than $4500 at least, if I did not try to do my own shopping. But Brent, being a broker, who can sell many different companies, does the shopping for me every year. Brent saved my house from having to get insurance through the State, cos no one would insure it. He makes my life easier and stress free and his live voice was always there for me, even after 8:30 pm. Thank you Brent !
