Customer service is awful! couldn't do design, tried 2 different techs. They should have said upfront they couldn't do it. Nails are uneven and disgusting looking. Refused to refund or take off.

Please be truthful to your review regardless of good or bad one. You weren't here a whole time while your daughter had her nails done. So you didn't know exactly what had been happening during the service. No one told your daughter was a liar. She checked her nails every steps so we always asked her if it was ok for us to carry on. She did not want us to finish the design and asked for a chrome instead. Even though the design was half way through and we were happy to remove it for her. You cannot come to every business to demand a refund because you don't want to pay for it while there was nothing wrong with the service. Wasting other people time and work was not a nice thing to do.

The quality of service is top notch and the customer service is excellent! I will go out on a limb and say out of all my years (I'm over 50), G&G hits my TOP 3 in ANY STATE that I've been! Oh not to mention they serve delicious egg rolls (did not impact my review )!

They are exceptional at customer service, they respect appointments and take you time of without having you wait. They are quick with great quality. I go to Dina because my nails are always great with her. I highly recommend them!

Danita P.Los Angeles, CA4211Oct 24, 2022The salon was just ok. Very small and tight inside. I was disappointed that although I made an appointment with my daughter and I, we still had to wait and did not get to sit with each other while getting our nails done.
The woman who did our nails, although not very friendly did a good job, so I may go back again since the salon is super close to my home.

Came in with my family and was really looking forward to our services!! I got a French dip manicure and as a nail tech I can tell they will not last. They are very pretty but the dip is flooding multiple cuticles so they will start lifting in a day or so and I left with dip all over the bottoms and sides of my fingers. They look great but I'm disappointed within the week of my vacation they probably won't hold up. Service providers were very nice and the egg rolls are great :)
Update: got done yesterday and beginning to lift :(
