Galaxie is a Factory Authorized Spa Repair Service (since 2001) for Jacuzzi Spas, Hot Springs Spas, Cal Spa and Sundance Spas.

John Nickell and the crew are top-notch! They have worked on our Jacuzzi Spa for several years. Recently the control system on the spa failed and since the old system was obsolete, it needed to be replaced with a new factory system. The new system has successfully allowed spa to continue operation. In short, Galaxie has given us excellent service, and we highly recommend John, Chase and the crew at Galaxie Spa Service.

Excellent service! I inherited a hot tub so wasn't familiar with how to operate it. It stopped working and after numerous calls to find someone in the valley, John Nickell was recommended. He and his co-worker thoroughly checked out my hot tub and got it working. He then took the time to explain how to care for the hot tub and went over all the different functions. The head cushions were bad and within a few minutes he made a call and ordered new cushions which should be delivered the next day. I highly recommend John with Galaxie Spa Service.
