My iPhone 13 was acting crazy. I had intermittent problems accessing the Internet and also making phone calls. Siri was not working right and Google maps was also not working right. I took it to the Apple Store and they said it needed a new antenna. They wanted to charge me $500! A good friend had recommended I try this place. Ian did a diagnostic check on my phone for $30 and he told me there was nothing wrong with my phone. He recommended I get a new Sim card.

So I went home and called my carrier. My carrier told me to remove the Sim card and they helped me activate an eSIM in my phone. All my problems were then resolved with my iPhone 13.

I think this shop does good work, and most importantly, is honest. I called Gamers Warehouse back to let Ian know what happened and to thank him. I will not hesitate to take any of my Apple products to this shop for any repair. I'm disgusted with the dishonesty of the Apple Store and I'm gonna write a negative review for them.

For the people who need a short a sweet review: Do Not Trust This Company They Will Scam You!

For those who want to read the story here you go:
I went in to get my Pokémon Ruby internal battery changed, as the battery had dried up. Im pretty skeptical as these games are pretty expensive to buy now a days so I went in to ask and not only did they tell me that they've replaced batteries before but that they do it all the time. I dropped it off and a couple days later I got a call telling me that the battery was replaced and everything was working well, which was awesome to hear it was short and easy process. So I went out, got the game and brought it home only to find out that the internal battery was still dried as the message popped up immediately on my GameBoy! I thought it was an honest mistake so the next day I brought the game back to let them know that it hadn't been changed and the repairman told me "oh you still have the save data on it so the battery is fine".

For those who don't know some of the Pokémon GBA games internal events are processed through the internal battery and once that battery dries up it can no longer go through timed events (such as berries growing, tide changes in certain caves, etc) the game save date is stored on the actual hardware itself. The message of the games internal battery goes away once a new battery is installed.

So when I brought it back and explained to them that very thing, the same repairman advocated how the battery was fine since there was a save data on it and the internal battery message was something else. I knew he was ignoring me and going off his own self perception on how things go but I told him to please just put a new battery in. Couple days later got another call telling me that they had fixed the issue and that my game was ready. Low and behold they didn't change the battery and took $30-45 in the process.

Seeing how other people have been scammed in these reviews I must tell you all to NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY.

After reading the reviews I decided to take my phone in to have it looked at. It had not been discharging when plugged in and I wanted them to find out why. I thought maybe I needed a new battery. They charged me 30.00 plus tax and said they would call me. (Although I don't know how since I left my phone with them) I stopped back by the next day and they told me it was charging. They returned the phone to me at 1 percent charged gave me a cable and plug and sent me on my way. Turns out all they did was plug it, saw the charging light blinking, unplugged it and waited for me to come in. It cost me 30.00 for them to return the phone exactly as it was. They did not bother to replace the battery or take a look at the charging port. When I went in to ask for a refund the manager went in the back room and did not bother to come out and talk to me even though I asked for him by name. Ramsey. 1 star is too good for these people.

This place told me they could fix my broken PlayStation, charged me nearly 300 dollars, and have now had the console for over 6 months, telling me "they're waiting on a part to get in" in May, then never calling again. They do not provide updates, if you want to know what's going on there, you have to call yourself and work with whatever excuse they give you. If your console is broken, you're better off just paying the $1200 they charge for new ones as opposed to trying to get them to fix it.

Went to get my phone screen replaced and they used an aftermarket screen to repair my phone I was 100% in aware about this when I called and was told it was on their website but was never told that over the phone. Then when they offered to fix it with an OEM phone screen, it was dirty and the speaker was really quite. I also have a message saying "your display may not be a genuine Apple part" which now I can't even take it to Apple to get it fixed because it is not considered Apple anymore. If I could I would give this place 0 stars. The guy seemed like he didn't care about the customers didn't offer refund and lied to me about my old phone screen not working. Day yourself the money and time by never going to this place. Also had trouble finding it but I guess that's for a specific reason to never go there lol.

Charged us to replace the batteries in two phones. Was told that they do not use Apple brand, but the brand they do use is just as good. Sounded pretty normal for a third party repair place. Called a couple of weeks later to explain that we did not have improved battery and they health meter for the battery on the phone still showed the decreased health. I was told this is normal and it will take a while for the phone to recognize the new battery.

Fast forward to a year and we took one of the phones in to have a cracked screen replaced. They advised us that our battery was damaged and sent us a picture of the original Apple battery. Come to find out neither battery in either phone was replaced. Called the store to request a refund and was told by the "owner" that we had 90 days to realize it was not working and request a refund. He said that when a battery is replaced it will show the new battery at 100% and that's how I'd know it was new. I explained the conversation I had about the health meter and he said "Oh ok. Well you had 90 days". Owner honestly did not care that we had been charged for something we never got or that we had reached out about it and were told that our experience was normal. Will follow up through other means for resolution. Will not find it by trying to work with the store.

They were referred to me by my cell service provider and fixed the broken screen and LCD on my older cell phone in less than an hour. They were very courteous and professional.

To bad that goggle doesn't let you give 0 star because if it would most definitely WILL give this business a big 0. By all means necessary PLEASE BE Careful they are SCAMMERS, NOT A PROFESSIONALS REPAIR BUSINESS . They were accusing me of deleting my own memory from my SD card when I took it for a repair, they couldn't admit that they lost it and replaced it with a brand-new one my Son lost all his memory photos, videos he created on his 3DS since he was four years old he was devastated and cried. To top it of, Also they charged me $163 to replace the rail from my nintendo switch but they end up replacing one of my controls when it was brand new, the rails were never replace at all. Please be careful when bring your equipment to this business here check it very well!!!! Please be thorough on what you need fix they don't comprehend.

Best phone repair in town. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Amazing customer service and great selection on games & toys. They also have an awesome hidden arcade in the back. Check it out!
