I am a home owner and live in Bay area - I was looking for real estate investment in Fresno. I met Gautam after few other real estate agents who lives in Fresno town. I found him polished and experienced, very focused on clients interest. He explained me about the Fresno market and what moves and what not w.r.t real estate. Glenn Riser and Gautam went out of there way to prepare our house to sell on the market to get top dollar. Went and put a new lawn and sprinkler system in back yard when there was none before.
Gautam Cleaned the house cabinet, floors and tile because I could not due to health issues. They are totally AWSOME. The house looked better than new .
On our new house we bought from them , help us get the best price and help us with the upgrade we wanted to perform at a substantial saving since Glenn Riser is also a contractor.
