Gene is well connected with contractors and handymen who helped get our home in shape to sell. He knows the process well. When we declined an offer and realized we made a mistake he got it back and helped us negotiate through the process and got our home sold. It's not an easy process when the house is in a trust. You have to make sure your realtor knows that process well too or you might have to return to re-sign documents more than once. That was a minor inconvenience considering Gene got the offer back.
