I cracked the screen on my iPhone 11 and was looking for a place to fix my phone that wouldn't charge a crazy amount. I decided to try this place because it was close by even though I didn't really know how much it would cost. It costed me $81 to fix which was perfect for me! Not to mention the 3 month warranty that comes with it. He was also able to fix it in 20 minutes compared to other places I know that would take hours or even the next day. This would definitely be my go-to place if my screen gets cracked.

I brought in my father's iPhone to get the charging port repaired. It was extremely full of dirt and the screen saver was badly in need of replacement. I was not confident I could do the repairs on my own. GetItFixed did a great job and it was very fast. I recommend this business. It is upstairs and easy to miss so definitely map out their location first.

My Apple iPad Gen 7 tablet fell off the counter on to a stone floor and the screen shattered. Since this was my first time breaking a screen, I wasn't sure what to do. Living in the Sierras I knew there wasn't a local shop, so I turned to Yelp. I found Getitfixed and called them. Sergei answered the phone immediately and explained how he could do the repair and the cost. So I made the 1 hour 20 minute drive to meet up with him. His repair was flawless and fast. If you want excellent service, this is your go to guy.

When I called, was quoted a lot less than other places and they also had the part in stock. When I dropped it off they said it would be done in a couple hours. Phone look perfect, thanks!

Google and Yelp both say Getitfixed is open at 10am, M-F. I showed up last Thursday at 10:15am. The gate door to the stairs to the entrance was locked. I waited for 10 minutes and no one ever came out or showed up to open the business.

Service was prompt and my new screen protector was on in a jiffy! And then it was free to boot! This business has fixed screens for me in the past in just a matter of hours for a very reasonable price. Parking can be a little tricky, but I've always been able to find a spot.

If you are in the area and need a screen repair, these are the guys to go to. They do a great job and their iPhone screens are great quality! They also respond to your inquiries in a timely manner.
Whether you need your phone repaired or screen repaired, you need to call this company. Totally worth it!

Update:
After posting my original review, Louis called me to help. I dropped off the ipad again to have the battery replaced a second time. The first battery was a bad battery. When I picked it up the second time, the battery was charging, though taking longer, and it was holding the charge. yes!! BUT, now the replacement screen was not working properly, so back I went (my fifth visit). Louis was very helpful in taking care of the screen right away and he was able to test it before I came back to pick it up.

I hope that my experience is not normal and that others do not end up with a double dud, first the battery and then the screen. The work is guaranteed for 3 months and Louis told me the battery should last about a year. I'm not sure I would do it next time. I would appreciate better customer service up front since I was told it would be ready in a day or two and was not able to reach anyone or pick up until three days after the original date.

I spoke to Sergei on the phone first and he told me he can replace my ipad battery and it would take a day or two with a 3 month warranty. I dropped it off on Saturday and he said it would be done by Monday or Tuesday. Well, Tuesday comes and no call from him. I call and leave a message. No response from him. I call again on Wednesday and leave another message. Again, no response. We decide to go there and find out the ipad can be picked up Friday. Evidently they were closed because of constructions, but we were not informed of this at all.

Now that we finally get the ipad home and use it. It dies within ten minutes of being turned on. So literally, it is exactly the same as it was. Again, I call and there is not answer. After several phone calls I decide to post this review.
