Think ownership has changed. Started to go there again because my usual nail place got over crowded and rude. Had a great experience, they answer the phones! I give them 5 stars and I'm picky.

If it were possible rate zero stars, I would. I was in the other day for a full set. My usual nail place was full so I decided to give Glitter Nails & Spa a chance.. what a mistake that was. The owner proceeded to sit me and my sister down for our full sets when it took her almost 15 minutes just to get started filing my nails because she had spent the whole time calling people on the phone, arguing with her workers, and doing everything but my nails. By the time she had even put acrylic on one hand my sister was already done with her entire set. I asked for a simple french tip design for my nails and ended up receiving duck nail looking nails. I was horrified and disappointed. Saddest part was they were $70.. When I came back later that day after running errands and realizing I could not bare to look at my nails anymore, I told the lady I did not like my nails and that I did not think I received a good enough set of nails for the price I was paying. When I came back she was rude and was offended at my request for something different. She told me next time someone asks if the nail looks good to say the truth. I was in shock at how rude and unacceptable that was. I told her to leave the bottom coat on and now I have nude basic looking nails I could have easily done with a kit from Walmart for $15. I've had these nails on for 3 days now and one
has already come off with no hesitation, indicating that their technique and talent is shot. Do not come here!!! And if you ever think of going to a different place than your usual nail salon.. don't. And especially don't come to Glitter Nail & Spa.

Not sure of the bad reviews. I don't do my nails often as I work from home and mostly in loungewear. The 4-5 times I've been, I've never been disappointed (other than maybe my own choice for picking a color I regretted). I decided to go fancy with my manicure and asked for red ombré nails. I am Not a long mail gal so asked for the shortest acrylic nails and the technician suggested I stay with my real nails. I mean, look at these gorgeous fingers

What a joke! Are these people even licensed? Went in for a pedicure and walked out bleeding! The scrub your feet so hard your skin comes off!! I noticed that they reuse their tools as well! This place needs to be shut down!

Beware! Beware! Beware!!! Went for a pedicure with a friend for my first time. Should have checked Yelp first.
They are in such a hurry, they don't pay attention to what they are doing. I was cut up to the point of getting an infection and now on medication from it because they don't pay attention.

Filthy, dirty inside and the services are overpriced.

Notice the Yelp account is not claimed by the business owner? That is because they don't care about reviews, positive or negative.

Avoid this dump and their horrible staff so that you can avoid infection.

Wish I could leave a truly honest review with 0 stars. Save your time and money. The services are overpriced and inconsistent. I would go here as it was close by but never again. The service is terrible, rushed and don't bother with an appointment there is no use.

Well they aren't very patient in what they do my nails are all crooked and they were extremely expensive for such little service. I try to give them opportunities to surprise me with good service and they cannot provide. Would not recommend.

This is my first time here. I called to make an appointment for 5:15 pm and it's now 5:48 pm and they are just filling the tub with water and I still don't see anyone available to do my pedicure. Very disappointed.
Should have read their reviews before coming here as they are just as bad.

I don't know why I never learn with this place. Awful service. They tell you 10 minutes and you wait for 20. This time they pulled the worst. They had me sit in the pedi chair for 10 minutes and when the girl getting a manicure went to wash her hands she started water. Then I wait more. She bounces back and forth and it took forever. No one gets good service here. The pedi was ok but 15 for shellac is excessive.
