I visited on a weekday for a pedicure. The salon was very clean and inviting. My technician did a wonderful job on my service and the cost was reasonable.

She made sure the tips were straight even though my fingers aren't. She shaped them exactly how I wanted them and each nail was the same length which is so important to me. I was treated so nice and everyone was so polite. I have already made another appointment for a fill and a pedicure. Thank you Glitter Nails for making my first visit such a positive experience.

The service is impeccable and they always make an effort to serve walk-ins fast. The colors are plentiful and they are always buying more. The place is also extremely clean.

Van is amazing! (She's very sweet too!) Lei is also very good. After getting your nails done, you can get an amazing pedicure, so relaxing!! They take their time on you and you will want to book your next appointment before leaving! Definitely be sure to call and book your appointment now!!

BEST GEL MANICURE OF MY LIFE.
Posting a newer review. I visited Glitter Nails tonight after a long hiatus. I hadn't been to this Salon in a long time. My last experience there was decent but could have been better, so I didn't expect to be blown away. I'm leaving this review because I am so impressed with the service I just received.
First, they allowed me to make a last minute appointment for 7 PM for a mani/pedi when they close at 8 which I feel is very generous!
I had Tammy, and she was so, so very nice to work with! I had a hard time finding a color (always do) and she worked so hard to help me find exactly what I wanted. She did both my pedicure and gel manicure, and I have NEVER ever had such a smooth polish application at any salon I've been to. She put so much effort into making sure the final result was flawless, and set a high bar that I'm not sure can be beat. There is only one other person in the area whose work is comparable, but they charge way higher.

She is VERY PATIENT, knowledged, kind, funny, and her English is outstanding compared to what I normally get when going to the average nail salon, and you will not feel rushed with her at all. The basic pedicure is $25, but I paid an extra $15 for a 15 minute extended foot massage. I really like that option being there. I mainly came in for relaxing, and that hit the spot. Pedicure gets 10 out of 10 stars. Toe polish application was decent but could have been a little cleaner.
After the pedicure, I was expecting the same outstanding results for my gel manicure, which costs $30. I had a hard time deciding what colors I wanted, and ann was extremely patient with me. I have to give her mad props for her time with me, as nothing was rushed. But the actual application of the gel polish was a bit uneven and not quite the professional look I was hoping to get from a salon. I felt bad and told her I didn't like how they looked when all the layers were completed. Another lady came over and did her best to add more layers to try and even everything out. Looking at them now, they look acceptable, but it looks more like a home gel job than a salon gel job. I think if more care was put into the manicure part before the polish application, my nails would have came out a lot cleaner. I don't remember her doing any kind of cuticle clean up around my nails and that would have helped tremendously.
Overall pros: Low cost, extended foot massages, clean building, friendly patient staff.
Cons: Called ahead and was told 15 min wait, I waited 30 min upon arrival plus an extra 20 min in the pedicure chair before beginning. Am not satisfied with the outcome of the gel polish application. - Natasha N.Stafford, VA03Sep 5, 2020
I will say they are all very nice and generous people! I recently moved here and had to find another nail place after going to the same person for 11 years. I tried one place before here and didn't like the hype and let me tell you the prices are still fair during the virus and they can get you in the same day. Overall thank you for helping me feel comfortable and find a new nail place I will be happy with

My husband had a pedicure and he had to tell the girl to recut the nails again. And she dug around with the cuticle trimmer. He said his toes stung for days. Won't be returning.
