Global Syn Turf has the highest quality artificial grass and the best price in San Diego. Get the Rivera Monterey 50 oz it has realistic color blades and is heavy duty . We got it in the backyard and right afterwards we loved it so much we decided to get our front yard done

Bought a home with turf from this manufacture. Less than 5 years after Turf was installed, it started degrading and literally falling out. There are patches missing because it's so bad. Was initially told the warranty is transferrable but now they are saying they can do nothing. Do not trust this business nor their product, that they cannot stand behind themselves.

Horrible customer service. Shorted us on the length of grass and brought defective grass. Totally got screwed on this purchase. See attached photo of defect that we have to deal with and get NO money back for this

Stay as far away as you can from these thieves, they'll promise you the world and the moment you give them a check you will never hear from them again. I spent $65,000 with them and they refused to come out and check on my field which is completely falling apart, Greg will promise you the world and deliver nothing, I can't stress enough how bad these people are‼

We paid them $6,294.61 on August 21, 2018 and their Factory Representative Devin Rhodes immediately came to our house on August 25th after the installation (per our demand) because we paid for their first class 15 year warranty Riviera Monterey turf, but found out that we actually received highly noticeable defective turf with a deep run across it; due to a factory machine malfunction; which Devin admitted!
We are highly disappointed because Devin told us it is our tough luck; that once the turf is cut and put down, the company is absolved of any liability or responsibility for defects of any kind, and insisted that we signed waivers and disclaimers when we paid; (which we did not) and we are stuck with it!
So they robbed us by giving us defective seconds, instead of the high quality which we paid them for, and they had the duty to provide quality control because hold themselves out to be experts and we justifiably relied upon them, to our detriment.
