I went in for a cleaning and left very happy. Gold Coast dental office was great it is very clean and tidy. They are friendly and efficient. Jessica made my experience wonderful, I appreciate her patience. I completely recommend Gold Coast la habra!

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! I had good experience with this dentist office. Very professional and friendly staffs and doctor is very knowledgeable and caring. Staff named Fracisco was very nice and took care of my questions fast. I highly recommend this office for your treatment. I have been to many dentist offices and this one was the best.

Staff was unprofessional and rude. After getting a second opinion, I realized they were charging me for things that were unnecessary. The surgeon I worked with at the beginning didn't show up the day of my appointment. I felt very uncomfortable being worked on by someone I had never met before, and I opted to leave and reschedule my appointment. After seeing another doctor I realized that the work they quoted me was unnecessary and I paid less than half of what Goldcoast was charging me.

Super kind, caring and patient! Open on weekends which is virtually unheard of! Was so accommodating to my work schedule and helped me fix all my bad habits! Wouldn't trust any other dental practice!! Ladies in the front office and the dental assistants are so amazingly kind and hilarious!! They all seem to work so well together, for this VERY nervous client, it was very calming!!

Came here for a consultation for braces for my daughter & ended up getting braces the same day! My daughter felt comfortable with the staff & Doctor & loves it here! Best is they are open on weekends which is good for me since I work Monday-Friday & i don't have to miss work. Also they were able to work out a payment plan for me which was awesome.
I would recommend Gold Coast Dental
La Habra to family & friends.

My husband had an appointment for FREE consultation & X-rays for implants.
He ask muliple times & was told that this was FREE no-cost & was assured that they would not bill our insurances. Needless to say, we recieved (EOB) Explantion of Benefits paid from Delta Dental for the x-rays and consultation in the amount of $300.00. We have Triple Coverage they also billed our Cigna dental as well for the same service performed in the amount of $300.00, not cool at all.
I called and asked to speak to a manager and explained the situation to her she stated they would never say it was free, but if they submit to insurance and they pay then it was okay. I told her this was FREE NO-CHARGE, she refused to listen and stood by her word.
We had a family freind call and he was told it was FREE & NO-CHARGE either
they are LAIRS and crooks. I will be sending letters to our Insurance so that can investagate and reverse the charges, by them doing this it deducts the amount for any other procedures i will be needing in the future.

Don't waste your time with this place. I scheduled an appointment online for an ortho consultation, filled out the paperwork when I got there answering the question "reason for visit" with braces, and when they called us back a regular dentist looked at my daughters teeth and said we should consider having her looked at for braces. In shock I stated that's what we were there for and they had no clue!
Made another appointment and I will give credit to the orthodontist, he was very good from what I could tell. Spoke well and really explained the process, options and recommendations. When they came with the estimate, they gave me a price and said the insurance covers 50%. They asked if I wanted to move forward and I said no and that I had found another place earlier and had been given a much lower cash price and seemed to have their act together more. They then stated that this was their cash price as our insurance didn't cover ortho. WAIT A MINUTE...that's not what you told me less than 2 minutes ago. This being a Saturday, the insurance company was not open to verify so they said they would call Monday and then call me back. NEVER HEARD FROM THEM.
Also, if you try to call them all you will get is a call center that is just as lost and clueless as to what is going on. Needless to say we chose a different place to have her braces done.Helpful 6Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0Business owner information

You'd think that dropping nearly $1k out of pocket on dental services will warrant better treatment but you'd be wrong. Their front desk is pretty lousy. Asked for a statement of services performed in person and they said it would be emailed. Twice. Called multiple times but can never reach anyone and left a voicemail. Emailed their office. And still haven't received anything. That's just plain bad service. Will be looking elsewhere.

The 901 location is a complete joke. I had a 2:30pm appointment (even came a few min early) and did not even get acknowledged until after waiting in the waiting area for 25 mins. Then, they take me back and sit me in a chair to be told there were only 2 people working and would be seen in between the dentist or whatever's surgeries. I waited 45 MINUTES to not be acknowledged AGAIN. They finished the first surgery cause I saw the girl leave and still did not get any kind of help. No one cares in there. Fed up, said eff this and got up and ask to reschedule. Receptionist tells me next availability is a month from now! That's how you accommodate your patients after wasting their time? I not going back to the 901 office. If they were short handed a coursety call would have been appreciated since I had to move my entire work schedule for this appointment. People in there were more concerned getting snacks from an outside vendor than the comfort of their patients. DO BETTER.

This dentist is a scam! They literally stall on calling you back because they don't even know what to add on to your charges. If you're looking for a dentist DO NOT come here they don't even do silver fillings because they know it's not convenient for them to make profit because most insurance covers silver not white.
When I went to get my X-rays the dentist told me I had 4 cavities he recommended I fill when I spoke to one of the ladies trying to get a quote on how much it would be she was like we're still waiting on your insurance but you have 13 cavities!! LOL then when they finally did get a hold of my "insurance" they ended up saying I only had 11.
