I used Mr. Sager to represent me in a difficult real estate closing, there were many issues and the patience professionalism and diligence of Mr. Sager was much appreciated, I fully recommend Mr. Sager and his firm.

I believe that they also handle traffic court, personal injury, probate and child support and divorce cases.

The Notary Public who was an Attorney, Mr.Saber's
mannerisms was very rude and condescending, from inception to end of process. He kept a copy of my documents, although I provided a copy of my driver's license as identification, which is the only requirement in NYS. I questioned, why he was making copies of my notarized documents and he stated that it is a requirement, to keep a copy in his journal. His receptionist attested to his statement and also apologized, for his rudeness, however, he should be accountable for his poor unprofessional treatment of customers. He is by far the most disrespectful Attorney, that I have met in my lifetime. I called the State licensing department and was informed, that it is not a requirement and he should not have copied my documents. This is very disturbing and unsettling.

I honestly believe that whomever gave a great review for this establish are either friend or family. These guys have no clue, they were suppose to do a will and simple, they said they could do; I had to make them stop. The percentages were wrong, it's impossible to get 110% out of 100%. Grammar was way off. Mr. Sagar is highly unprofessional, continuously speak over you, clearly there would be no way to understand your case. The paralegal or his assistance, simple has no idea on customer service nor anything legal. Again, I'm not entirely sure how someone can give more than a negative star to this firm. Horrible service. I don't even want to walk on the street of this so called law firm.

Such unprofessional, unorganized and just plain rude demeanor. Karen shows up to court without a clue and fumbles to find paperwork. Most times takes her 3-4 weeks to answer an email or return a call. Upon conversations often forgets what was discussed and an email is sent out and it's as if we never discussed anything. I paid enough on retainer and I have to keep her organized, I don't delete emails as a precaution. Would not use this law office again.

I am a member of the Hyatt Legal Plan through my employer and was provided with a list of law firms based on my needs. I selected Goldberg Sager & Associates and this was a grave mistake. The service or lack there of was below sub par. I did most of the research and provided them with the information I collected. All they promised me was a letter to the party I was looking for assistance with. It's been several months and nothing. I called them Monday and was told someone would call me back. They did Tuesday morning and informed they had my email address wrong (even through I confirmed the correct address on 3 separate occasions). I did not make a fuss and was told I would have the letter emailed to me ASAP. That was Tuesday morning - it's now Wednesday evening and nothing. I have never been treated so poorly and experienced such unprofessionalism. Shame on you.

Goldberg Sager and Associates is in one word...phenomenal. I don't understand why there could be bad reviews written below. Karen Goldberg is a star and the ultimate advocate. She truly cares about her clients and it shows in her incredible work ethic. She is extremely professional, wonderful to work with and will do whatever it takes to make sure your voice is heard. If you ever need someone who will fight for and with you in any legal matter, there is no one who does it better than at GSA. Highly highly recommmend!!

Very disappointed with service provided my Mr. Sager. Not only is he non responsive, he also failed me on a traffic case, after that he failed on appeal by not providing legal argument timely and not reviewing the transcript. He is extremely unprofessional non responsive and dishonest. I would not recommend using Mr. Sager.

Karen Sager is an excellent attorney who knows her stuff. I have worked with her on occasion, and I can tell you that she gives 1t0% and she will tell you the truth. Karen does personal injury law and divorce/family law. I am a family law attorney, and I am impressed with her style. While she can go toe to toe with a judge, she is also client focused. Divorce and family law is a stressful, emotional practice, and it takes someone with empathy, humanity and professionalism to do it right...and Karen does. Marcel Sager is very focused, hard working, and also client centric, although my experience has been primarily with Karen.

Horrible customer service never got a call back or even an email. Not to mention they lost my case. Never again. Dont waste the time or money.

I wanted to notarize a few documents, so I choose the closest office in my area. When I got in front of the office, one lady were smoking a cigarette. I asked her: "Where is the law office, I need to notarize the documents", she answered: "OH... SHIT! It's me, and I was about to leave". We went to the office with her. She looked at the papers and said: "I'm not gonna notarize anything, the lawyer need to notarize it". (However, every paper required only the signature of the notary. It did not have to be a lawyer). I started to argue that it's a simple notary paperwork. Then she said: "you need two witnesses to sign it". I called to my friends to come because they were one block away from the office. Then receptionist and a notary started to complain that they are not going to wait for them, because they are closing in 5 minutes, I said: "they are right here". Notary answered: "LISTEN, YOU ARE NOT MY FRIEND, RELATIVE, NOT MY CLIENT, I SEE YOU FOR THE FIRST TIME IN MY LIFE, I'M NOT GONNA WAIT FOR YOUR FRIENS TO COME". I said that they would be before closing, but she refused. I said: "Could you notarize the letter that I wrote". She said: "You know what! I'm not gonna notarize anything". By this time, everybody in the office was throwing me out from the office. Also, they said: "You can come back on Friday, we not gonna do anything today". I was shocked by such attitude to the clients. I went straight to a different place, where they notarized everything in 2 minutes. Plus no witnesses were needed at the moment of the signing! With those INCOMPETENT ladies, I wasted my time.
