I love this place! They do a great job, are so nice and accommodating! Such a relaxing atmosphere too! I highly recommend!

I have gone all over GV and BS for a decent nail salon. I've been a biweekly mani/pedi girl for years.
That being said, I love this salon.

*The salon itself is a little dated but it's charming.

*The staff is phenomenal and so so sweet.

*They did upsell me a little bit but it's nbd (that's pretty standard)

* the actual service was fantastic, best massage I've ever had at a nail spa.

* the dip powder was a hair thicker than I would've liked (but I'm also really picky so that's not their fault)

All in all, I look forward to coming back!

Holden Lotus is by far the best place for a mani pedi. Holly and her staff are awesome, very professional, friendly, the the quality of their services are over the top! I have found the prices to be very comparable to others in the area. Always a delight!!

Clean, took time with my nails and was very peaceful. Hot stones, calming music, and TVs had wildlife/candles displayed. First time coming here and will be back! Definitely felt like I got what I paid for.

I have a mixed review. I just moved east of Blue Springs and wanted to find a nail salon closer than my old salon in Lee's Summit. Henry did my dipping powder, and it was perfect. Cheyenne did my pedicure. She told me she just finished nail school in December so she is new, which is not a problem. However, I think she needs to hone her skills. It was the most thorough pedicure I've ever had, and it took one hour and 35 minutes. I've never had a pedicure last that long. If I were in a hurry, I would not have been happy. Also, my toenails were cut straight across when I came in, but for some reason she rounded them. She also cut them very, very short, and the polish did not go down to the cuticle on every nail. The massage was great. Everyone was very welcoming and friendly and appreciative of the business. When I went to check out, the owner asked if I would like to add a tip onto my card or if I had cash. I don't think it's appropriate to assume that someone is going to tip. I know people who would leave no tip after being asked about a tip like that, but that's not me. I would definitely return for a dipping powder with Henry. If I gave Cheyenne another opportunity to do a pedicure, I would need to give some very clear directions.

I had been frequenting another nail shop after having just relocated to the area. I noticed thus shop which is actually closer to my home after leaving Office Depot and Hobby Lobby. It's not in the most visible location. I stopped in and made an appointment for the coming weekend. Turns out I made the right decision!!! So much so that I made another appointment for two weeks later. The service, professionalism, care and appreciation was Immeasurable. The owner is pleasant and more importantly, she's genuine. Mimmi, nail tech did a fantastic job. As a guy, it can be hard to find a shop where we feel comfortable and get a great pedicure. THIS IS IT!!! I've gotten pedicures across America this little shop ranks up there with the best.
