I could not be more happy with the care I receive at GoSmiles! Dr. Lee is meticulous in his approach, and I am always confident that my teeth are in good hands. I have been to other dentists in the area that were constantly trying to have me submit to unnecessary procedures. That has never happened here.
The office staff is extremely friendly and I feel at ease the whole visit. Thank you for providing such a great service to our community!

Just finished getting another great cleaning and check up with Katie, Carina, and Dr. Freedman. Katie was gentile and thorough and Dr. Freedman and Carina took the extra time, in spite of a packed schedule, to do a quick fix to a front tooth chip. Knowing they were very busy on a holiday, I offered to come back to fix the chip as I had only booked a check up, but they took the extra time to fix the issue, cheerfully and professionally. I have been Dr. Freedman's patient since 2008 and she is the greatest dentist I have ever used. The front desk staff were also very friendly and professional. Thank you, GoSmiles!

Although I've had some dental trauma in the past, I always feel comfortable here. I feel like the doctors and hygienists listen to my needs and they offer several amenities (nitrous oxide, blankets, noise canceling headphones, televisions) to help make thrir oatients more relaxed. All the staff are very friendly and professional and I've never had am issue. Highly recommend.

GoSmiles-Herndon is the best dental office I've ever been to. After extensive research, I never had a doubt that I chose the right place and even recommended a friend of. They take great care of their patients and never force them to get unnecessary treatment. All of the staff from the front desk to Dr.Freedman and Dr. Lee have been incredible. They even pointed out poor dental work performed by prior dentists and orthodontists. I no longer hate going to the dentist. I highly recommend GoSmiles-Herndon.

Hygienists are very friendly and not condescending. Staff is open and friendly whenever you have questions.

Do not go to this business if you are in need of serious dental care. They are not equipped to take care of emergency needs. They are focused on routine cleanings and cosmetics, while being completely inept to deal with serious ailments pertaining to the teeth/gum/mouth. They are also extremely overpriced and possibly questionable in regards to patient care as it pertains to their bottom line. I whole heartedly urge anyone looking for a competent dentist who truly wants to help patients to NOT go to this establishment. Because of this business I lost days of work and endured agonizing pain just because they did not do a thorough exam and tried to get me to sign intent forms to do 600$ worth of deep cleaning AFTER insurance. I did finally find a great dentist who fixed my problem in an hour in his chair. I write this so that if you are in pain and need help, your research will send you elsewhere. Because this business is not it.

First time visiting GoSmiles and I truly impressed with the service and how Bruce took his time to explain everything to me. The best service and friendly staff with late hours. I highly recommended them to everyone.

Let me start by saying I love this practice the staff and service are second to none. That being said they are probably the only business I know of that doesn't have an online bill payment system set up. Come on guys get with it.

We have taken our kids, now teens, to this dental practice for their entire life. From the original dentist to the current practice, we have always had a great experience. The office is very welcoming and the staff do a great job to make the kids feel comfortable. Perhaps most importantly is the quality of dental care, which is excellent.

Dr. Faqeeri is extremely friendly and thorough. She is what you want in a pediatric dentist, providing professional care and a friendly, comforting approach to each visit. We highly recommend her and the GoSmiles Pediatric office in Herndon.
