You know those shops you go in and they do what ever they want besides what you ask for yea this it... and I have a space between my cuticle and acrylic on one nail. I only like the free drinks and the way they do my feet..

never going back here . the lady that did my pedicure did a horrible job ! I watched her and she skipped mostly everything that's sup to be done, she painted my toes 2 times it looked bad to much nail polish . then one else came to help her . 70$ for bullshit and I still left unsatisfied!

I went in for a a simple pedicure and my big toes with acrylic and white polish. The older lady who spoke spanish attended me and was in such a hurry to get to her friends toes who kept asking how long was she going to be that she didn't even bother doing everything the pedicure service included. She hurt me several times and at one point it stung so bad I teared up. Dispite this, I still gave her the benefit of the doubt. She didnt bother wearing gloves and She started pulling out her utensils from her box which she didn't properly sanitize. She took one look at them sprayed a bit of alcohol and proceeded to use them on my nails. She kept trying to get me to pay for gel nails which I didn't want. I just wanted simple white nails. She did my acrylic toes way too thick and she left them very sore. She left the big toes crooked and didnt clean up the polish around the polish. Then my pinky toe messed up a bit and instead of wiping it away and starting over she just painted over it which left an ugly polish bump. She then said "and that's why I told you to get gel polish". I was very upset to the point where I didn't even want to talk and i just wanted to leave. I still payed it and but I left so upset and I don't plan on ever returning.

Horrible experience. I will NEVER return. Got a pedicure. First I asked for more hot water, he said better cold. Then he rushed the whole time, did not scrap or scrub my feet properly and only put one coat on my nails. He was rude from the moment I walked in. I should've left then. I will never go back. EVER. People pay you for a service, provide it and stop being lazy.

First time here, the thin man with the glasses did my nails, never in my life have I gotten my nails this bad!!!! WORST EVER!! He rushed and was rough and even cut my finger. I asked for oval and he made them square, he put no shape to them! Literally did them in 10 minutes! Then tried to charge me $40 DO NOT GO THERE!!

I went to get my nails done on Saturday 1/16 and I had a inspo. picture I wanted to base my nails off .. of course I know they wouldn't be exactly like the picture but I wanted something similar to the marble design. Anyways the powder color was expired because there was like staining on the nail color, as well as, the shape was not what I wanted I asked for medium length coffin nails and I had extremely short and uneven nail shape!!
Over all was terrible went the next day to the employee to be fixed and I decided for a different approach on color and design since he couldn't get the marble how I wanted.. that tony did not want to do my mails sent me with Victoria who did a much better work and took her time and did her own style.. and I regiment Victoria and not tony who did not bother to assist the me!!

These people are extremely rude!! I wish i could give them negative stars, I can't believe anyone would pay for these type of services.

Kinda slow and rough with fileing but overall they give good quality nail ( used my own tips ) Also I Wanted White Toe Color But Lady Said No Pick Another Color
