Grande Giove

Grande Giove, Italian for "Great Scott", is a little gem of a cocktail bar in the hip area of Interrato, and well worth the walk across the bridges from the city centre.
Beautiful interior, a bit Art Deco, with attention paid to every little detail, they only play vinyl, a mix of hip hop and jazz.
The cocktails are delicious, I had a negroni, my husband the El Gordito and a lovely local IPA - all made to perfection.
The cocktail menu has a variety of classics with a twist, and great local beer and wine.
Service was quick and friendly, a lot of locals coming in mixed with a few visitors, and the overall vibe of the bar is relaxed, fun and amicable! Make sure you stop by if you're in Verona - you won't regret it!

Super cool, lovely staff, relaxed, great music, superb cocktails, nice clientele. We stayed for hours!

I wish I had this bar in my own neighborhood in Copenhagen. But then again I would always be hungover. Cocktails are amazing! The local beers on tap likewise. All in all an amazing place.
