Why do you only have a one star rating in the search listings? And only two total reviews after 5 years at this location?

Well, Delete M, this is most likely because Yelp removes all of our good reviews in an attempt to get us to pay for advertising with them. We never asked them to list us on their site...we do not wish to be on yelp, but we have no choice. They… more

Says to me "by the way your card may decline because I'm on the phone" so I say "maybe you shouldn't be on the phone"...I guess I am just mistaken but a place of business should be a place of business and not a social event. Won't visit this place again.
Retailer reached out (see reply) but neglects the fact that I was in their store shopping for 10 minutes of which the entire time the employee was on the phone chatting away about personal matters. Nothing I heard would have warranted this being a business call or from a customer. The employee actually says to her friend "I have to let you go so I can use the credit card machine" as I'm at the check out counter.
