Grays home inspection was recommended by our realtor, Maria Miller of Caldwell Banker to provide an inspection for our new Lennar home. So glad we did. Jeff was thorough, provided us with a timely report, and was affable. He exudes confidence about his findings and is willing to go the distance to ensure you have a great experience and know what's up with your house. He found elements I would never have thought of looking for and issues I would not be able to actually examine without a ladder and expertise about the variety of systems.

In the end, I was happier than happy to know the issues with the new construction home. Jeff is a great guy and I highly recommend him for all your inspections.

Great, thorough detail of your report provided in a timely manner. Mr. Russell knows exactly what to look for when inspecting a new home construction (pre-drywall stage). Drone was used for photos that otherwise be impossible to see with our own eyes. Pressure for plumbing was checked correctly to making sure of any leakage. Overall, it was an awesome experience to have Gray Home Inspections to do us justice as a customer.

I hired them after reading recommendations from others in my new neighborhood to do a pre close inspection. I also opted for the sewer line inspection. They found things that I can address with the builder before closing. These are things I wouldn't have known about till months into the new house and would have had to deal with the warranty department and likely fight about it. Example, crushed sewer pipe from house to main line by sidewalk and leak in valley of roof above garage. Well worth the investment!

I cannot express how deeply grateful we are to have found Gray Home Inspections. Jeff came out and inspected a new build home for us and we opted to pay extra for the sewer line check. Boy, are we glad we did! Jeff found a couple of major issues and rushed the report for us so we could have it in hand for our walkthrough. Jeff saved thousands of dollars in repairs! He was so thorough and meticulous when is came to inspecting our home. We plan to book another home inspection soon to make sure all the issues were repaired, and of course, an 11-month home inspection as well!
