Local watering holes all possess their own quirks and charm. Particularly this Bar! Considering it has been a neighborhood staple since 88, many generations and walks of life appreciate this establishment for the qualities it does contain. Every bartender is different, just like every day. This place is run like a well-oiled machine that hasn't faltered yet!
Chairs on rollers....a very elaborate jukebox and every gamblers dream......"Pull-Tabs"!!!!
So if you want to see and experience a gem and local charm of a watering hole then you're in for a treat! Everyone treats you like family, smiles all around and why not go where "Everyone knows your name"?
Check it out, and be advised....it doesn't have a menu; but there's always munchies, pizzas, and the bartenders and locals as well often bring in lovely meals, treats and the best conversations imaginable.

Great little bar with awesome vibes... Liz (bartender extraordinaire). Is always making ya feel welcome and has the brightest smile... awesome Bartender, great drinks, & great music not to mention pull tabs what else could ya ask for.... Oh wait!!!! She also makes homemade food and brings it for all to enjoy!!! It's a must go enjoy place to be!! Thank you Liz for great service!!!

This is a great bar to chill with friends and make new ones. The staff is always friendly and make you feel comfortable. It's the small neighborhood bar where everyone knows your name. Great jukebox and pull tabs if that's your game. If they don't have your preferred liquor they will look to get it in for you. It's my preferred bar in Indy because I always feel welcome.

What's not to love?
The packed bar room where everyone is your best friend?
The cheap beer buckets and the reasonably priced liquor?
The jukebox that's jammed with mainly 60's & 70's sweet hits?
The popcorn machine? - which in my opinion should be a staple at every dive bar.
The TOMBSTONE PIZZA which is the only food item available?
The bartenders and servers who are actually pleasant and seem to enjoy their jobs?
Or, maybe because the place is named after the 70's porn classic "Behind the Green Door"?
The only thing I regret is not having discovered this little oasis until recently.

Go here but you need to take your toilet cleaning equipment in case the owner makes you clean the toilet because his sports team is losing. Other than that not bad.

Great neighborhood bar. Bartenders are tons of fun. Everyone pretty much knows everyone here. The popcorn is good. The only food served is frozen pizza. One of my favorite places for a drink.
