Well. First off I was recommended to this place by my, ex girlfriend who suggested it is a oasis environment. I had mentioned to her that my body was sore from going to a Punk N The Park Show. she said go for the full body wash & massage. Well let me tell you that I'm most likely, not welcome there anymore do to the beat down my body got ,from the 89 pound woman and yelled stop, stop & the fact that someone when someone walked in.... So if you & I'm speaking to guys are looking to relax just stick to smoking and alcohol

The price is now 40,60,90 instead of the image on Yelp. Just $2 more for each time. My kid was nextdoor doing some tutoring so I happened to walk by and have an hour to kill so I went in. They were able to take me right away. I asked if they take credit card and the lady said yes. She said they provide complementary body scrub after the massage so I said okay.
The massage was really just so so (thus one star off). I liked the relaxing music. Afterwards I did the body scrub in the wet room just across from my room. I haven't done the Korean style body scrub for almost 15 years. My skin felt soft but quite dry afterwards. It would have been nice if they had provided body lotion in the room.
So I went to pay with a credit card. The lady said 60 plus 3 dollars credit card fee not including tips. How much do I want to charge? So I said the $3 is fee to use credit card? Then she said, yes, oh you are first time here? Ok no fee this time. How much you want to charge? (thus another star off)
This place is okay if you really like body scrub. For now I have no reason to go back.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 2Oh no 2 - kevin j.Los Angeles, CA1548121Dec 27, 2019
Ummmm lol. The woman that runs the front desk did my massage and body scrub. Let's just say it was an interesting experience. There didn't seem to be any other staff working that day. She kept having to stop in the middle of my massage to tell new customers to come back in an hour. Wow!

The management here sucks. I called and they said it was $50 I got here after I'm undressed on the table they tell me it's $60,. And finally I agree okay. Then they come back and start yelling at me for not hearing right. This is not a good way to start your massage. Maybe the people here are great but whoever is working on their customer service experience needs to rethink their lives.

I came in at 8:30pm and asked for 30m massage and person running front desk gave me the massage. She only did 22minutes and massaged over the sheet. She did not seem to know how to massage at all and was just doing light pinches throughout body. I asked for my neck and head because I had a lot of pain and she just grabbed lightly at my skin. No difference in massage. She was nice but this was the worst massage I've ever received. I don't think she was an actually massage therapist.

I came here before and had a decent massage, plus the body scrub was nice.
After this time, not returning. I selected an hour treatment, which included the scrub. However, while I came for the massage (which was sub-par; more like poking than an actual massage), she shorted me - stopping only 25 minutes in and telling me to go to the scrub... which went on for 25 minutes to "make up the time." Honestly, the constant near-waterboarding (it wouldn't end) was unpleasant. It was fine for the actual scrub but just continuing to throw buckets of water for another 10 mins was ridiculous. I called the therapist out on this (not taking enough time on the massage) and she said the massage is 45 mins and scrub 15. I was in and out in 50 minutes and I checked my watch when I went to the scrub room - it was less than 30 mins from when I had walked through the door. When I pointed this out, she said she'd "add 10 mins next time." Yeah, not going back. There's too many other places in the area that are in the same price range but also do good work and run a fair business.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 2 - Mike A.Santa Monica, CA18966216Jan 28, 2016
Have you ever wanted to get a 45 minute massage that was immediately followed by an experience that felt like you were being bathed as an infant in a steamy shower room? This is the place for you! Also, there are probably other places for you. Like therapy. Or jail. You creep.
I've been here twice now. The first time, I had no idea what to expect when I was offered a body scrub. I didn't think that I'd be getting fully naked and then laying down on a table. Don't worry, shy guys. You get a little washcloth when you turn over onto your back. If you're a shy girl, I guess you can cover it up too. I don't know that works.
Anyway, yeah. This is what happens here if you get the body scrub. I will say, I felt pretty good after. And I smelled pretty good, and that basically never happens. So all in all, I can't imagine anyone not liking this.
In case you're wondering, I came back for the second time just to make sure that it wasn't some sort of weird anomaly. It wasn't. I was bathed like a big baby for a second time.
I told my lady that it was for Yelp research. She did not believe me. I have been sleeping on the couch for eight days now. Please let me back in the bed, honey.Helpful 12Thanks 0Love this 23Oh no 1 - Jan 27, 2018
I was looking forward to trying this place because I drive past it every day on my way to and from work. I made an appointment and arrived slightly early. When I walked in, the massage therapist came out from the back and said "we're very busy." When I told her I had an appointment, she softened and showed me to a room. In terms of the massage, I am more of a relaxation massage with oils type of person. I wasn't aware that the massages given at this spa are the ones where they stand on top of you. The majority of the massage was given with the therapist's feet; she stepped on my arm too hard and it hurt for the next week. They do offer you a body scrub, which is nice, but kind of awkward. They have a table set up in a shower, and scrub you completely naked. I have had body scrubs at other spas that I enjoyed; but their room was very cold, and in between scrubbing you, the therapist fills up buckets of water and throws them on you. Lastly, they charge $2 if you want to pay with a credit card, which I think is absurd. When I gave her a tip she counted it in front of me and told me I should have tipped more. I thought this was highly unprofessional. I will never return to this spa.

They have double-booked over my reservation so it was extremely confusing in the beginning. They also ended the session 5 minutes earlier than the promised
time. The service itself was good so I gave 20% tip and was asked to give more tip. She has made rude comments and kept insisting more cash, until my ride arrives. If you have to go here, 1) Make sure how much you are supposed to pay in both cash and credit card at the time of reservation and upon arrival. 2) Do not speak Korean even if you can. 3) Don't tell them if you are traveling or visiting.Helpful 4Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0
