Great experience at Greentoes North. The process from making and appointment through the appointments themselves was a good experience. Everything was simple, and the services I had (express pedicure and eyebrow wax) were was very nice. Both the technicians I had were very friendly!
Although the pricing is a bit on the high side, knowing that the techs speak English and understand your needs makes it worthwhile. I will definitely be back!

The person who did my nails had the personality of a rock and the manicure didn't even last a week. Terrible way to do business! I won't be back!

I'm in love with this spa! I have been getting my facials done here for the past few months now and I can't stop coming back~ I even added a Swedish massage to my last visit and it was absolutely AMAZING!

I have been getting the Signature Refining Facial done by Veronica and she always does an amazing job making it a relaxing experience and really makes sure to focus on my skin needs whenever I come in. I honestly love all parts of the facial, from the dermaplaning, to the extractions (even though it hurts, its a good pain removing all the bad stuff from my face), to the masks, the facial massage, and the mini arm massage as well. I would highly recommend this facial for a relaxing, rejuvenating experience.

My recent 60 min Swedish massage was also amazing~ All the tension in my upper body disappeared and I definitely will be getting one again!

I waited to add this review since it looks like they mainly delete bad reviews on their Yelp page. For this reason I will also post a review on my social medias, google, TripAdvisor, ect.

My friend arrived on time for her appointment. I unfortunately arrived 5 minutes late with my other friend seeing as we live 45 minutes away and didn't time correctly. No excuse. That was our bad. Interesting enough we were not sat down until 9:10 AM.

The attitudes of the two women who did my friends nails was unacceptable. The only nice one from our visit was the woman who did my pedicure. She was kind, even offered me gel when we didn't request the add on. The other two gals barely spoke a word, didn't introduce themselves, and gave off a "mean girl" attitude.

When people are coming to your place of work for a service, it's common sense to be a nice person. If you aren't able to provide add ons to a service, there is a respectful way to relay that message. These two ladies (a shorter light haired Hispanic gal, and a red head gal) were rude.

If this is what Greentoes is all about, then clients should stay away from this location. There are plenty of other salons who have a better attitude towards customers than this establishment does. The owners of this company should back their workers, but to an extent. They shouldn't condone rude behavior. It shows me that they are most likely the same exact way. I won't be recommending this place to friends, family and clients.

You all do with this information as you wish. Greentoes North, it's not hard to be kinder people.

I really love this spa for pedicures. The ambiance is so calming and the staff is consistently great!

Pedicures here are a little pricey, but the special touches, like a cup of warm tea and picking a delightful aromatherapy scent are memorable and add to the experience. Pedicures are also not rushed, with a great massage and spotless polish. The pedicure lasts, mine usually at least 6 weeks before chipping!

I've been going to Greentoes for pedicures for about a year now and can't believe I'm just now writing a review - it's my favorite place to go for when I need some self care, and though it's on the pricier side, I have found that it's worth the splurge and have never been disappointed with my pedicures. The ambiance is so calming and relaxing, and the oils/lotions that they use have such a lovely but not super overpowering smell. They carry vegan/organic products for nail polish as well, and the pedicures last for 5-6 weeks without chipping.

Finally made to the North location and it's lovely! A very different vibe from the downtown location. It's much bigger, open and more modern. It has an equally tranquil vibe. All of the products and pricing are the same as the north location. If you value organic and vegan product lines, add Greentoes to your list! They use quality ingredients and the space is very clean.

Annicka Was my nail tech and did an EXCELLENT job. She was gentle and kind, made me feel welcome. Had a smile on her face and brought me tea and the list of the companies services to view while she was working on my nails. I plan to come back to try more services in the future and would highly recommend Annicka as your technician. So professional and gentle. She even went above and beyond by adding sparkle to the ring fingers. 10/10!

I've been coming to this location consistently for almost 6 months and I have never been disappointed by my treatments. I get a mani and pedi once a month and have seen several staff. The only downside is they book out about a month ahead so you better plan!

I love their ORLY Gel FX manis and am always amazed by how long lasting they are. Once a month really is enough and it still looks good, if a little grown out by your next appointment.

Everyone here is professional and easy conversationalists. The layout is open and airy with loads of big windows. The vibe is very chill. The appointment times can be tight so sometimes you may wait 5-15minutes past your scheduled time but usually the person checking you out acknowledges your patience with a small discount, how kind!

I was finally able to find a time to schedule my appointment. This was a late Christmas present from the Hubby. Had a Signature Pedicure and
Essential Manicure and Becky actually found some nails to polish. My hands were in deplorable condition but she managed to make everything look beautiful. Thank you Becky.
