LOVE Van Dyke Yun Dermatology! Have been getting medical treatments and cosmetic procedures for almost 5 years with Dr Van Dyke, Dr Yun, Charlotte PA.. rest assured you are in excellent hands. My rosacea, acne, perioral dermatitis, eczema all totally under control. Cosmetic procedures like filler Botox and lasers have helped keeping me looking youthful. My new favorite is MORPHEUS! So much improvement with laxity , fine lines and definition. Highly recommend!!! Just celebrated 48th birthday day!! :)

I usually see Dr Yun but she was booked so I'm waiting for Dr Van Dyke. He's super handsome and knowledgeable about skin conditions! He also knows how to inject!!

The clinic was able to see me short notice and went above and beyond to make sure I was seen despite being abit late due to traveling miles to come.

Having suffered with cystic acne beginning in my teens and after years of treatmeants there has never before been such a thoughtful and knowledgeable Doctor that I've truly intrusted and valued.

Dr Van Dyke's skills, expertise and great sense of humor was a welcomed relief and very much appreciated. Finally, feeling like I had landed in the right hands at the right time.

To the staff at the front desk, I extend my gratititude to you as well. It was and has been nothing but a pleasure.

The results of my treatments surpassed my expectations and would highly recommend Dr Van Dyke to anyone who is suffering from skin conditions beyond their control or wanting a refresh/enhancement.

I saw Dr. Van Dyke in October 2020 for adult acne (cystic, hormonal, and clogged pores). My only regret is not seeing him sooner! My skin was so bad before that I would wear concealer even under my mask because I was so insecure. Thankfully in just 3 months (January 2021), my skin cleared up SO much. Having clear skin has changed my life. I am happier and more confident.

Also shout out to the awesome staff! They are so sweet!

I can't say enough wonderful things about Dr. Van Dyke and his team. Dr. Van Dyke and his team are all incredibly kind and effective! It took me a few tries to find a dermatologist where I felt comfortable, supported and heard and I am so grateful to have found Dr. Van Dyke!

Dr. Van Dyke takes time with his patients to really understand what their needs and priorities are. His assessment and treatment plan for some skin issues I was having was spot on and the results are unbelievably good - the severe melasma I had on my face is gone a couple of weeks after treatment.

This review is a reflection of my experiences AFTER I was seen by Dr. Van Dyke at Van Dyke Yun Dermatology. The visit itself was fine. However, my experience since that point has been very bad.

I was seen by Dr. Van Dyke on 6/7/21. I had some followup questions, so on 6/28 I called them, during business hours, and went right to their voicemail. I left a message. I did not hear back.

On 6/30, I followed up via email. I did not hear back.

On 7/1, I once again followed up via email. I did not hear back.

Between 7/2 and 7/7 I called them twice. Again, during business hours. I went right to voicemail. I left messages. They did not respond to the first message. In my second message I was very clear about the fact that I was upset and disappointed by all of this. At that point, Dr. Van Dyke emailed me back on 7/8 and apologized for the delay and answered my questions.

It took 10 days and several emails and phone calls to get this response.

On 8/4 I called them to set up and coordinate two different appointments I needed. Once again, I called during business hours. Once again, I went directly to voicemail. And once again, they did not respond.

On 8/5, I sent my final email. In the email I expressed to them everything I have gone through with them and that I didn't think this was a very professional or caring way to run an office, and that I wouldn't be coming back to them again.

You won't be surprised to hear that as of today, 8/6, I have not heard back.

I don't know why anyone would run a medical practice this way. It's very unprofessional and shows no care for the patient.

I will be staying far away going forward.

The front desk staff is totally incompetent. Bad communication. Mistakes made during billing. Just an absolute nightmare dealing with these people. Avoid this place like the plague.

I recently received IPL treatment (three sessions) from Dr. Van Dyke and was delighted with the results! My dark spots have visibly lightened and my skin tone is definitely brighter and more even. I will absolutely come back for any future dermatological needs. Dr. Van Dyke is both personable and knowledgeable - and his front office is courteous and efficient. Thank you, Dr. Van Dyke, for an excellent client experience!

Been dealing with a skin issue for a few weeks with multiple doctors giving different diagnoses leaving me confused and frustrated.
I called Dr. Van Duke's office desperate for answers and he saw me 15 minutes after I made the appointment. He knew what it was immediately. Very friendly, helpful and confident in his work. I highly recommend!

Also, their COVID protocols (waiting in vehicle until appointment, over the phone check in, social distancing, clean facility) was very comforting.

Parking lot on left side of building made this whole process even easier.
