Grosh's Lawn Service

If you decide to hire Grosh Lawn Service LLC, I encourage you to be on site while they do their work. Unfortunately we were not and Tom Grosh and team took it upon themselves to make decisions outside of the agreed upon contract. They decided to cut down an additional shrub that was NOT listed in the contract and should have been left alone. They also cut down numerous flowers that were not to be cut down and were listed as such in the contract. When addressed on these concerns Tom became arrogant and turned the tables. He stated that he did "something out of kindness" by cutting these down when he shouldn't and that I have "turned it into a major catastrophe" by asking why he did this and his only response was "they will grow back." Tom will claim that he went above and beyond when in reality he went outside of the contract and made decisions without approval.

Tom and his crew are the best. So professional and so prompt with getting the work done. Tom's team is friendly and they treat your yard as their own. Thank you so much for the cleanup of the stump grinding and getting it done so quickly.

Very very dissatisfied with their response to me. I simply asked for a quote. They sent me and email to have all of their questions answered. I answered all of their questions and their reply said they will pass on my service request without even giving me a quote whatsoever... what type of business simply declines a service request without any reason why?! Unbelievable! I'm going to be telling everyone of my friends, family, and new neighbors in this new growing community, don't even bother with these guys.
