Terrible driver and he told me he is going to charge me extra money because I left my wallet and we had to go AROUND the block to get it. I hate miserable workers. Mind you his driving is terrible I have never been so care sick. I tried to open the windows they are locked I asked him to unlock them. I've never been so careful sick is my life. This driver is just so rude I'm it's 8:54 I've been in this car for about 15 minutes.

We needed a ride from Brooklyn to Manhattan to bring our cat to the veterinarian. We never take car service but this time, we needed a ride since we had a pet and don't want to try the subways. So we took a chance and found this car service. We arranged the ride 2 days before with dispatch and called day before to confirm.

So on day of, the driver let us know he will be here in 6 minutes and gave all info including his name and what car it will be. Driver Ernesto came exactly on time and was super nice. We got there in 45 minutes, No problem. After our vet visit, we texted Ernesto and we immediately got a message saying a car can be there in 42 minutes to bring us back home. Someone called and asked if we will wait and a car will come to pick us up. We said yes we will wait since they are coming from brooklyn. Guess what, a car arrived in about an hour since it was rush hour, different driver and car. Communication was excellent. Even with the heavy traffic, driver was nice and accommodating, good air conditioning, drove fast and we got back to Brooklyn in about an hour 15 minutes. All went well and happy to say we had a good experience.

My regular car service wont have a car for 45 minutes so I call this car service. First, I think they go by two different names but are one and the same car service. I have had two drivers call me within the past few minutes, but one kept saying pizzeria and then a second person called and he said Car Service, I no speak English. ???????

So kind of hard to get a car if the drivers cannot tell me if they are outside or even what car service they are wit. I have used them before and the drivers themselves are polite, but come on now. It cannot be that hard to be a dispatcher and let someone know that you car is outside or inform the driver where they are picking me up. I feel bad for the drivers. They want to work but if they are not even given simple information like my address so I know that they are outside, how are they going to earn money. Not everybody in Brooklyn speaks Spanish.

And the dispatcher always seems angry. Come on, life is too short.

Never again . You call them and they send you a Car after 30-45 minutes . You can forget your appointment . sorry but very bad Service this companY.....

It's always the same problem with this car service, they tell you an estimate time for the car arrival and they always run really late. Waiting time always take up to 30 minutes for a car to arrive. I would not recommend people to call here if they are in a rush or in need to be somewhere, this car service is a disappointment and I hope in the future their services get better.

Called the dispatch office to get an estimated fee for picking me up where I lived and bringing me to a SMALL market store, waiting until I got some items (I said 15 mins or so and was prepared to give A LARGE TIP) to take me home. The dispatcher said $25 but I was prepared to give the driver $40 because of the 15 minute wait while I went shopping in this SMALL store, NOT a large grocery store.

The minute I got in the car the man started saying well we have to see how much I am going to charge bc I dont know how long you will be (Obviously, I would have paid a bit more but I called the store first and they were not busy.) The driver started going off about how he does not work for free when he had no idea I was planning on giving him $40 in total.

Very shady man that the minute I got into the car started to change what I was told over the phone. I did not feel safe with him. I will NEVER use this car service again NOR would I recommend to anybody. There are other car services will that go by the price told me to over the phone.

Drivers like this man make the car service look bad. He would gotten a nice tip but there are too many other reputable car services. I even saw the reviews but decided to give them a chance.

The foolish driver would have gotten a very large tip from me. And then he thought he was just going to leave me off to get home. No. I have lung cancer so cannot walk far.

NEVER AGAIN. One bad apple ruins the reputation of the car service.

Deserve a 0. Rated them a few weeks ago and my 2-3 recent experience were great. I say if you have shortage of staff and cannot take calls and do rides why say 10-15 and have customer wait almost an hour and still no driver? On Dec 24 5pm I called and was told 10-15 min and I thought wow, great especially since it was Christmas Eve early evening. Waited 20 min & called back and same guy who took my call said traffic delay and on his way and 10 min more. He also told me the driver would call me!!! Well 45 min total from original 10-15!!! I called back twice back to back and I was put on hold with music & they did not take my call!!!! Of course nobody ever called me! They probably had no drivers!!! Luckily my brother has Uber app and we got a car in 1 minute by now it was almost 6pm!!! Will download Uber App. I used Morenita for a few years and their service changed... I switched to this one and not good at all.

Car came in 5 minutes. Driver Orlando was nice & patient in rush hour traffic. Car was clean & ran well. Will use them again.

What can I say about this car service....RUDE ! because no sooner you call up they hang up,UNPROFESSIONAL ! because this is not the first time this happened he never answer my questions about price, location and confirmation. Just plain not with the times pass them up, not a family friendly service, not for my family at least...PASS THEM UP !
