Samsung gas oven would not light off. They came out the next day, calling to saying they were on the way. Did a evaluation of the problem an found it was not a part failure but dirt keeping it from lightning off. On time and honest and it looked like a family run business (more of those need). Will use them again if I need them.

If I could I would give no stars. They say they have a warranty for two years. But read the fine print. It is labor only. Their warranty only protects them, not you! Very deceiving. They will not pick up your appliance that doesn't work after you buy it. They charge $50 to pick it up. plus parts. If the appliance can't be fixed they can replace with inferior product. These people can make a nice side living just by selling stuff that doesn't work. Then charging to pick it up. Do not do business with these people. They screwed me royally.

Do not buy from here. They sell shoddily repaired appliances and hope they last past the 30 day "warranty" period. Better off buying new than constantly repairing their garbage.
