H&I Express Thai

I have ordered from this restaurant through Uber Eats multiple times. I've had some issues with them but the very last which happened on March 6, 2024 was truly unacceptable. Because I wasn't able to answer the phone because I was on an important call, they canceled my order. I called the restaurant for them to redeliver but all I got was a busy tone because they hung up on me. Tried to call multiple times but they didn't pick up.
The level of professionalism and customer service are NOT GOOD, VERY POOR and UNACCEPTABLE.

I will never oder from this restaurant no more!

I'm trying to find a good Tom Kha Soup in my neighborhood and this one was another fail for me. It just wasn't very good.

To describe the customer service as lackluster would be gracious. There are plenty of other Thai restaurants in the area that actually care about their customers.

I ordered pad see ew and there was a dead cockroach in the food. Completely disgusting to find anything like this in your food.

This is mostly a reminder for me to not order from here. The drunken noodle was really lacking flavor and sauce. The cost to add on duck is excessive for only a little duck. One of the worst drunken noodles I've had.

Ordered from this restaurant on Uber Eats app. It was less than 30 minutes before closing and they still took my order. I ordered chicken satay and crab pad thai. My food arrived hot. I'm at work tonight so I only had time to try the chicken satay so far...the chicken was perfectly cooked. The seasoning is authentic and so flavorful. The real star was the peanut sauce, one word amazing!!! The reviews steered me in the right direction. I will definitely order again! I will update my review later about the crab pad Thai.

The place was surprisingly good. I dont know why 8 didn't try it earlier but glad I did. The Massaman curry was good, not the best I've ever had but it was a solid 4/5, and the basil chicken was bold and savory i liked it a lot!!!

Give this place a try.

Was looking for some late night snacks, so I ordered steamed dumplings and crispy pork. They both came hot and delicious! Their dumplings are filled with real meats not some mush like other restaurants.
The crispy pork is extra juicy and of course crispy! Will order again! Pls keep up the good work!

Update: ordered from H and I for 3 days straight nowwww! I'm addicted!

I drive by this place every Sunday after church and finally order today. The food is delicious and flavorful. We were so Hungry didn't take pictures.
I ordered pad Thai, drunken noodles and garlic sauce with salmon ohh and spring roll. The food also arrived hot and I live in Williamsburg. Will be ordering again soon.
