Alyssa F.Shorter, AL231Jul 27, 2019The massage was good. I wasn't a big fan of her consistently touching my butt, but overall the massage was very nice and relaxing.
However, the service was extremely unprofessional and unorganized. I called the previous day to schedule two 45-minute massages for me and a friend. When we arrived 10 minutes early, we were told that we would have to go separately. Okay. That's fine, we can take turns and be patient.
But then my friend went back at 4 and about 10 minutes later, the masseuse came back out to the lobby to me and asked me if I was there for a massage. I informed her that I was and I was supposed to go after my friend was done because we called and scheduled an appointment.
She told me that couldn't happen because they were "too busy" today and already had 2 people scheduled at 4. And I had to tell her that I was the person that called and scheduled an appointment for 2 people. I was the second person. She took my phone number and then never came back to talk to me.
She finally returned when my friend was done and told me that she could only give me a 30 minute massage because she had an appointment at 5:15 for 2 other people. Even though I had paid for the 45 minutes I was only given 30 minutes and she told me when I came back I could have a free extra 15 minutes. However, I will not be returning due to the poor management and terrible scheduling.

My wife visited this spa last week and just fell in love with the place. She bragged about the wonderful massage, the wonderful masseuse, and how elegant and nice this new spa is.
I decided to give my wife an early Mother's Day surprise and treated her (and myself) to a couples massage today at Hampton Village Massage.
I have never had an overall amazing experience such as the one I had today at any massage business!! The couples massage room was beautifully decorated and very relaxing. The massage was INCREDIBLE! Coco was my masseuse.
She applied the perfect pressure and was able to really focus on problem areas in a way that felt both therapeutic and relaxing. She also has a strong sense of anatomy and an intuitive touch. Lisa massaged my wife
and likewise gave a very thorough professional massage.
