Horrible business. Dropped off clothes Tuesday for Thursday pickup before early morning trip Friday. Went to pick up on Thursday at 12pm and was told it wouldn't be ready until 5pm. Came back at 5pm to be told not all my items are ready. Ruined my trip. NEVER COME HERE.

I didn't listen when others cautioned and wanted to form my own opinion. That, was a mistake. Hopefully my review will save some from a complete headache.
I am a Flight Attendant. Every year, we get new uniform pieces that inevitably, require alterations. After receiving my pieces almost 7 days after they were said to be ready, one alteration was done so carelessly that I actually refused to pay for it, which I rarely do.
I went through an embarrassing half hour of arguing this bc the manager (who could only be reached by phone and refused to speak with me directly) would not give approval.
I was then also charged for the dry cleaning of the pieces of which I had specifically said not to do when I dropped them off. I was told that they would not refund this charge until they could review the video when I dropped them off- I guess to confirm that I was not the liar they were suggesting I was.

When they saw on video that I in fact, was not a liar- they agreed to refund the money. Well, I'll tell you, 3 weeks later I have not received a refund for this and have been given the run around from Jen, the "manager" that my "card number didn't process" to "we'll send a check in the mail"... Last update- no check- and now I can't even get a return phone call...

Not for nothing- but the lack of customer service skills from the "manager" as well as her attitude of "you're a complete bother" we're not lost on me.

Hangers Dry Cleaners, you could have done better and had an ally in an industry that gets alterations done each year and always rely on each other for good referrals. Now, with the hundreds of Flight Attendants I work with, it will now be quite the opposite. It didn't have to be this way- all over $29

Have been using this cleaners for several years. The service continues to decline and prices increase. They have lost articles of clothing in the past and always claim it's my fault. Three weeks later the items show up. I started counting everything I brought in and recently they again came up short when I picked up. I was told I was mistaken with the numbers. Unfortunately it was a new shirt so obvious when it wasn't there when I picked up the order. The same day service is a joke! I've never had all the items back the same day and they still charge you for same day service. The arrogance of the staff and lack of any service has cost them my business and I don't miss an opportunity to deter others when asked for a recommendation.

I have used a location that is owned by the same parent company since 2004. I had an out of town funeral and saw they provide next day service for pickup at 5 pm on their website. I drove 30 minutes to their location and was told it would be ready after 5:00 pm. When I arrived to pickup a pleasant clerk told me after 5:00 pm means any time after not at 5:00 pm and that the truck usually doesn't arrive until 5:15 pm. Given I paid for a service and their website stated an on-time guarantee this seemed like a pretty obvious violation of terms. The clerk spoke with her manager who confirmed they would not honor the guarantee and couldn't be responsible for their delivery times. I also called their customer service line and was basically told the same with a promise of a call back from a manager. Disappointing experience and the lack of empathy or consideration for a customer of 18 years told me it was probably time to find a new dry cleaner.

Horrible expensive experience. $9.00 for a shirt. Ridiculous. More expensive than a 5 star hotel. Three times more expensive than any other laundry. On top of that some of the shirts were not done well. Never again.

This Hangers is my most trusted dry cleaning place. I found them through convenience, but I've decided to stick with them out of loyalty.

Customer service is always kind and very well organized. The tailor on site is also amazing -- she has patched and saved my most travel-worn pieces; from the torn lining of an Italian wool coat to a hole in a merino wool cardigan.

Plus, the price is right for both cleaning and tailoring. I highly recommend this Hangers for a simple dry cleaning or tailoring.

Had a fantastic experience, I needed pants heaming and jacket button is reinforced and the two ladies that helped me were SO nice and the blonde lady had my suit done in three days and was completely reasonably priced ($25 total for a dress pant heaming and fixing 4 buttons) . This was the second time we used them and I'll be coming here from now on.

I used to like this place, but after two bad incidents where clothes i gave in for dry cleaning came out shrunk I no longer like this place.

Also they are way too overpriced on certain items. Guess you pay for convenience to have them in an expensive neighborhood.

Worst service ever! Not only was the item not returned until almost 24 hours after promised, but employees were defensive and acted like it was no big deal. No, "I'm sorry" here!

Service at this place which is right around the corner from where I live is good , they do take care of their clients especially the tailor lady but my biggest issue is their pricing , comparing to all the dry cleaners I have been dealing with over the past 12 years ( I'm a banker and always get my work shirts dry cleaned ) , their prices is at least twice as much and in some cases triple the price of other dry cleaners .
