I had pain in my feet and was no longer able to exercise regularly. After trying a number of products without much success, ranging from really expensive gym shoes to over the counter gel inserts, I decided to see a podiatrist. Dr. Ashley took x-rays and recommended orthodic inserts molded to the arch of my foot. A month later, I have no more pain. My insurance covered part of it.
