You need to try this place! The flavors were amazing and I felt like I was eating something cooked by my gma. Ms Carol was an amazing hostess; her attitude along with the kindest smile made my day. I will definitely be back.

This is a little gem in the middle of Allentown, you will not be disappointed in anything you order here, the portions are fantastic and the spices are blended together perfectly in all the dishes and trust me we purchased one of each of the main dishes the oxtail and the chicken stew are so good but the sides of rice and veggies were some of the best tasting meals, it's a real small Very Clean place with some booths we definitely want to go back and try some other things. We ordered take out and it traveled home well and was just as tasty. Go see Ms. Carol she cooks with her soul.

If you're looking for some great flavor, big portions, authentic served with a smile you need to visit this place! Miss Carol is wonderful and gave us many suggestions as well as large portions and samples!! If you can get the doubles while she has is you NEED to try!!!! I wish we lived in town because I would go back all the time! Two thumbs up!

Superb food, great service. We ordered (takeout) the goat curry that came with rice and peas, plantains and a delicious spinach side. The lady also gave us a little salad with our choice of dressing (how sweet!) and we found two candies in the packet when we fit home(even sweeter ). We were happy with everything and would go back in a heartbeat.

Tip- they do not take orders on grubhub, only via Ubereats and DoorDash. I informed grubhub to let the business know since it shows as an option on Yelp.

Meat falls right off the bone. Cooked to perfection. One of the most flavorful meals I've had in 30 years. You'll regret passing this up. Might as well go head and get that large too. Take it home cause you might moan while eating this.

Don't let the view from the outside fool you. Actually, I've found that these sort of places that concentrate on the architectural style of the building often lack taste or consistency in their menu. Open the door folks and take a step into an authentic taste of the Caribbean! I finally did and will tell you that Ms. Carol is a true culinary artist. I've been all over the Caribbean while serving in the US Navy and she is spot-on minus the cool breeze and warm sun. Just close your eyes and imagine that aspect because both the food and drink will already take you there. Don't walk by her door, trust me.
