Harry's Bag & Shoe Repair

Really excellent repair service shop. I brought in two different items that needed love, my backpack needed a new zipper and my side body bag needed a new strap. The pricing was less than like 40 bucks and both items were ready for pick up within a week.

Highly recommend for any bag reapirs!

Moved out to San Bernardino county from LA and needed a good shoe repair place. Needless to say there weren't many. I read the reviews on Harry's and decided to give it a try. Came in on a Tuesday afternoon, dropped off 5 pairs of heels and paid...and it was so darn reasonable!!!!! And to make things even better, I asked my boyfriend to pick up the shoes as he was in the area, and the same Friday, they were ready! Whaaaa? There are still businesses existing that put their best work forward and take care of their customers! Highly recommend!!!!! And they even cleaned up all my shoes! Above and beyond for sure!!! Thank youuuuu!

Exceptional customer service.

I took my LV and GUCCI backpacks that I got for Christmas to get the straps shorten and another hole added. I was very nervous taking them as these bags are super expensive but a lot of the reviews were more positive then negative.
Also, the length of time they have been in business reassured me. I was so glad I took that chance because they came out PERFECT!
Exactly what I asked for, very affordable, and ready in just a few days. This will be my to go place from now on, especially since they do shoes too! I strongly recommend this place!

I brought two pair of items here for shining and they basically showed out how good they were. Oh I'll be back! Their attention to detail and the quality of their work showed in their craftsmanship. Seriously what I gave them and what they returned to me was like night and day. Very pleasant to do business with.

As for parking, it's no problem. You can easily park on the street. The times I've been to this establishment, I've always been able to park right in front.

Again, if you have somewhere important to go or if you need something fixed, or even if you need it to be shined up some, this should be where you should go!

Took my LV crossbody purse in to fix the strap holder. One side had ripped due to wear and time. They did an amazing job , you can't even tell tell they resowed it. Recommend for purse repairing!

Got a black dye job on some old tan boots and damn did they do a great job! These old boot look like brand new dress boots. Good job recommend

Been coming here for years now and just realized I've never left them a review and they deserve it! My favorite thing about this establishment is their friendly attitude, every time, all the time. I bring my Red Wing work boots here to be resoled and they do an amazing job for an absolutely decent price. The boots always get compliments when I wear them at work after a resole. Highly recommend Harry's

Save your money.

If I could give 0 stars, I would! They did a complete botched job on repairing my Louis Vuitton speedy handbag. I should've known something wasn't right when they requested payment for the repair upfront! My purse valued at over $900.00 now looks like a knock off. I gave them my bag for repair in February, I was told it would be ready in 6 to 8 weeks, and I didn't receive it until mid June! Hated the work, so instead of making a scene, I took my bag and contacted my bank.

When I called to inform the merchant, I was told to bring the bag in, they would undo the work, & issue my refund. Well, when I brought the bag in, they switched their story and no refund was issued, after closing the claim with my bank, I had confidence in the agreement made... So in short, don't do business with these liars!


*owners response is a bunch of bs, can't even spell correctly, & STILL switching the story! I wasn't on the phone with anyone when I came in to get my bag. Secondly, I had a representative on the phone waiting to verify that the claim was indeed closed! Thirdly, another customer came in, in the middle of my visit and I was completely shunned over to the side. I was not handled professionally, & request for proof of canceled claim with my bank was not requested prior to my visit! You asked to step outside with me to save face for your other customers because you knew things were headed left due to your attitude. This place and the people working it are despicable and incompetent then a mf.
