I was referred to Hartz Pest Control and very glad I was! From the minute they answered the phone, to getting scheduled for service, the experience was delightful and easy.

I had many questions and they were all answered to my satisfaction; and I am excited to have them as my new pest control service.

It was very easy to make an appointment for the day and time that worked best for me and the prices are very competitive.

We have used Hartz Pest Control for over 21 years and there has never been a problem They know I'm super picky about what is used around my pets and I appreciate that they are on the same page.

Great company!! Both the field workers and the office support staff are knowledgeable, very professional, caring, and courteous! All angles of customer satisfaction are their top priority, and it shows!!

Love that I can explain things to them, and they don't give up until they have understood me and then solved all of my concerns.
Since I had gone through many other pest companies previous to finding them, I appreciate their unique customer service from all angles of the business.

I've used Hartz for a few years and have been happy with them. They are willing to come back in between visits if you have any issues, though I have rarely needed them to since the quarterly treatment has been effective. I have had some issues in the past with lack of communication of a scheduled visit in advance, but this seems to have improved. If I wasn't home they just sprayed the outside and said they could return to spray inside if we needed it.

I was referred to HARTZ by multiple family members and friends and was not disappointed. I was promptly scheduled for the the same week I called and requested quarterly service. I've noticed way less critters hanging around since my first service. Overall very happy!

the person who was scheduled to be at my home did not show up and did not contact me.
I called after waiting for him to show and was informed that the person who was to reschedule me did not get me on their schedule. I am now scheduled for tomorrow.

I've used Hartz Pest Control for 26 years! When I find a good company, I stick with them!! They've always been professional, prompt and knowledgeable. They are friendly and go the extra distance in getting to know you and providing great feedback for your continued maintenance. They will even come out before your scheduled appointment if you notice any little or large pests in your home or attic! Hartz gets the highest rating possible from this happy customer!

Loved having Hartz's help! We moved into our first home here in Houston from the Nevada desert, so we were not prepared for the bugs. We had roaches in the kitchen and spiders in the rooms, and Hartz was able to come to our house same day and look at the problem and spray the house, along with scheduling to come every 2 months. Our pest control man, John, was very helpful and made us feel much better about this situation. Highly recommend Hartz! Very professional AND he even recommended us some places to eat around town.
