DO NOT hire this company if you wish to have your things taken care of!! The gentlemen that helped us move were very sloppy with our stuff, which resulted in a broken vanity stool, a broken armoire, chipping in our brand new flooring in the basement, planks left out of my sisters bed frame, scratches and chips on several items, and various stains all over our items that took my wife and I hours to clean. The team poorly plastic wrapped most of our items, as you can see in the pictures attached. After all was said and done, I talked to the owner of the company, Tony, and he informed me that his team said all the damage was done to the items before they helped with the move. That couldn't have been a more untrue statement. After days of trying to resolve the issue, We got nothing worked out and so my family and I were left with a huge bill and to fix the mess from their terrible service. Again, DO NOT waste your money on these guys. On top of all that, the lead of the crew Lance was using inappropriate language when my young siblings and baby nephew were around and was very unprofessional in general. If I could give 0 stars I would, hands down worst experience with a company thus far.
