I had my Kenmore dryer repaired. When I called the company, they were very professional and knowledgeable. The repairman that was sent out, arrived in a timely manner and was very professional. The repairs that we're done, was quick and expertly completed. Plus the costs of the repairs wasn't bad @ $ 133.00. I will be calling this company again and giving them an excellent reference....

This place is a joke they claim to be experts and to know how to repair almost every commercial appliance. On the website it also states that they do free estimates if you choose to do the job with them if not then they charge you $89 for the service call,It also has a long description of what to expect it says you will meet with your technician and they will run the test needed and will give you a detailed estimate with the price labor etc. when my tech arrived he said he has never worked with that brand of refrigerator before. Keep in mind I told the person at the call center the type of fridge it was.He made an educated guess as to what it was and said he needed to go back to the office to do some research charged me the $89 for the service call he got paid then I asked him about my icemaker and he said that it's the compressor and I should just buy a new one and then charged me $70 to just to say that. I called the call center about five times and they kept saying they were going to try to reach the tech then when I complained about them charging me she said that they charge for service calls regardless and I said your website states that you do not get charge if I do the job with them I didn't even get a chance to say yes or no to a repair. She said they were trying to help me out and just needed more time to do research it's been over five days I just want my money back $158 down the toilet. I don't want these crooks working on anything at my business they do not know what they're doing.
