Do not recommend. Terrible office experience and staff, plus not a great location. I heard good things about the doc and was looking forward to meeting him. When I showed up was met by a heavily tattooed woman who was very rude. She scanned my health insurance card and insisted on scanning my driver's license. I told her that I previously had been a victim of Identity theft when another doctor's office was hacked and was worried about letting them keep a random scan of my ID. I asked her how she would protect my ID and how her systems were secured to prevent hacking. She just shrugged and looked lost.
She made it clear, no scanned ID, no treatment. She claimed it was a federal law to have a scanned ID on all patients, which is absolutely inaccurate. There is no such law. I asked to speak to her supervisor and she came back saying she spoke to the doctor and he would only see me if I paid him $250 in cash, even though he was in network. She refused and I left. Had signed up and was eager to be a new patient. Office staff was terrible and rude. They scanned my health card and and a heavily tattooed woman insisted on scanning my driver's license. I told them that I had been a victim of identity theft at another doc's office and was uncomfortable with them keeping a scanned copy of my license lest it happen again. Woman would not budge. I suggest if needed she could keep a paper copy. She replied "we don't do paper here." I asked for a supervisor and she came back and said "if you pay $250 cash the doctor will see you." I said ok, as long as they would then bill my insurance company. She rfused and said no we won't bill your insurance company. HIPPA requires we have a scanned copy of your ID--an absolute lie and has nothing to do with hippa. Won't be back. Gross experience.

Just stay away, they are not competent. Thought I was going to see a doctor instead I saw a PA.

Beyond impressed with Dr Singh! You wouldn't expect such an amazing find in the area but wow! He took a good 2 hours to go over everything of my medical history! That shocked me! I've never had a Dr take that time and not rush me. coming from what I thought was great health care in LA, wow was I totally off! First to take that time and then to find I'm being over medicated by LA clinics and Drs just for $$! Grateful to have found a great Dr and great staff to put me on a track to better health!

I don't recommend it. Very expensive for a bad location and limited care. This is a government-run business.

If you're looking for trans horomone replacement, DO NOT GO HERE!! Do yourself a favor & go to "the Center" Amazing that this place has good reviews on Google..lol I took my 19 yr. Old daughter for an appointment, was left to wait 45min in the waiting area, office wasn't even busy. When finally taken to the exam room, another 30min of waiting to see the Dr. For a 15min consult. It took a total of 2 hours and then they didn't feel the prescriptions as promised. Called back the next day to find out why the prescriptions weren't filled and was given excuses that they would have to talk to the practitioner to get the prescription sent over immediately, which never happened again. This is the most unprofessional doctor's office I have ever been to in my life, zero respect given for the patient's time. Let's not forget who the paying customers are!

I've never really had pleasant experiences with doctors until now.
Mia is very attentive to what I am and am not comfortable with and tries to work with it with my best interest in mind.
I had what I felt like was an emergency, and the (fantastic) reception desk was very up front about what to expect. They said they'd be able to take me in, but it would be a pretty long wait, which it was, but that also means they go home later, too.
They're also proactive in acting on your concerns and bringing up their own. I've unfortunately had to go to the doctors a bit too much, but the atmosphere and attentiveness really makes it pleasant.Helpful 2Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0Business owner information

Mia has been a delight. She is very thorough and tries to treat the symptoms with supplements instead of prescriptions that have side effects. I highly recommend her.

The last three visits to Healor, my blood pressure had been high (153/90), and advice given? To drink more water. I went to an actual doctor today, and he said he was surprised I had not suffered a heart attack or stroke yet. Can we say malpractice???

Jul 12, 2023Previous reviewEvery time I run low on a prescription, I have to call day after day to have it filled, and usually end up running out before they fill the script. This time, between my pharmacy and my self, I have had to call four days in a row, and I still have not recieved refills on my prescription.

The staff were incredible! Mia and Sara were fantastic! They actually listened to me, understood me, and we're genuinely caring. If you need a doctor, I would 100% recommend this place.

I have nothing but positive things to say about Healor. The staff are very friendly and professional. They respond quickly to every request. I am currently seeing Mia for the weight loss program and I can't wait to see the results. The ladies at the front desk are kind and respectful while speaking to patients on the phone. I love the waiting area with the educational videos. They have a medical spa attached and I'm very curious about what they offer as well.
