WORST manicure ever gotten.
I asked for dip with chrome finish.
The lady took 2 HOURS to do the nails (had to redo them twice & STILL didn't get it). I was in a rush to pack before my flight & she wasted 2 hours of my time that I didn't have.
1 hour after I finally left this place - the chrome was already chipped & scratched. I ended up going back to get a refund for this terrible manicure service. She did the clear gel on top of the dip so SLOPPY & then rubbed the chrome in with her FINGER instead of using a sponge like all the decent Nail places do.. I wish I had photos of her 1st tries at my nails.. SO SLOPPY!! When I came back to ask for the refund, the lady had the AUDACITY to tell me to sit down so that she could TAKE OFF my nails because I "didn't like them"!
I had just moved to the area & was hoping this would be my Go To nail place, but after this experience - I'll never go back & will not recommend it to anyone. AWFUL! They don't know how to do nails here. SLOPPY!!

I never and I mean never get my nails done at a salon until I decided to conveniently walk across the street to Heather's after I had been treated to a gel manicure on a trip to New York City a month earlier.

I got the luxury manicure which included not only the gel manicure but an exfoliation scrub and a shoulder massage.

I didn't get the gal's name who did my manicure but she was very pleasant.

What a hidden gem, oh my goodness! Natalie and Thi did such a beautiful job on my mani pedi. The massage was unmatched too! Sooo relaxing. This is definitely my new favorite nail salon.

Natalie nailed (pun intended) my SNS/dip French ombré! Everyone is just always so friendly and accommodating here. 10/10 recommend!

2nd Visit / Pedicure
Not impressive is the Royal Pedicure. On paper, it was a promise for a beautiful, luxurious treatment for $50. Were my expectations too high? I have cuticle everywhere... callous' remain on my feet, and the hot stone thing I would not entertain again. I'm not impressed. this was my 2nd visit. The first time was great, I loved it! I don't like inconsistency. I am bummed I didn't have a good experience. And the women kept speaking a language I did not understand... totally arrogant and rude. There was no regard for me as a customer. They don't want me as a customer? Ok... Note to the establishment... customer service is very important. I hope you all get it one day. Take care.

The BEST manicure pedicure ever! I have been going to Maya at this location for three years and have NEVER been disappointed! Everyone is kind, warm, and welcoming! The salon is always sparkling, clean, soothing music, and very accommodating to those of us that make appointments as well as walk-ins. The prices are more than fair. Maya is delightful and the work that she does is outstanding! She is an absolute perfectionist when it comes to nails. Everyone here is super friendly. Best place in town!

I came in and I asked to get my one nail that broke off replaced and I ended up getting an entire fill for $40 and I kept telling them and they didn't understand and I had a very poor pedicure with hardly any massage and hardly any callus remover time put in that I paid extra I've been here several times since today was bad

If you're looking for a salon with great service & relaxing atmosphere this is it! Maya did my nails and did an amazing job! I appreciate the attention to detail and extra time she took on my nails.

Jenny did my pedicure and they turned out great! The ambiance is nice too as it's open and airy. Will definitely be coming back here
