Helen , Binh, Daniel .. AMAZING PPL !
I walked in today , Daniel & Binh took me right away but an (appointment is preferred ) , but they have a great attitude, super nice , Binh even picked out my nail color for me & I love it ! , I got at least 3 compliments at the grocery store right afterwards.. Helen did an Awesome wax job on my eyebrows, cleaned them up very good & their prices very lower than I thought to be in a great location on Wilshire Blvd in Santa Monica.. I lucked out today & I had to share ..

A fantastic gel pedicure! I will definitely be back, also prepare to tip in cash. My only complaint is that when it comes time for the old gel removal, the technician uses the drill(?) to file it off instead of soaking off with acetone first- which I had heard that the drill can be damaging for your nails.

Forever love! I won't tell you who my favorite is because I don't want her to get booked up
but I've had my nails and toes done by everyone there and they are ALWAYS flawless! The owner and my favorite lady feel like family!

1st time I went I didn't have an appointment and they got me in right away (awesome!!!). I sat in the Spa chair and had a mani/pedi at the same time. I was so comfortable and the ladies were very friendly.
The owner (John) is a super cool dude. He was very friendly and accommodating! Anything I wanted, he made it happen.
Everytime I've been in (never with an appointment cuz I have a crazy schedule) they have taken me and I'm in and out pretty quickly. Always pleased with my nails and my eyebrows.
Just had my nails done by the other owner (Helen) and she did an amazing job and she is the nicest lady ever! - Dec 24, 2022
Honestly don't. Went here with my nieces to get polish changes for them and pedicure for myself. They did a sloppy job and when I asked them to clean the polish from the edges they gave me attitude. Sloppy sloppy sloppy. They also. Barged $15 for the polish changes! No one charges that

Monica B.Los Angeles, CA1396Dec 12, 2023I had been a client of this place three times prior to my last visit--WHICH WILL BE THE LAST because of the behavior of the owner Helen towards me. It was 1 PM on a weekday last week and I was the only customer in the store after calling earlier that morning for an appointment. There was a big piece of a clipped off toenail on the floor which I stepped on in my sandals.
It was gross. I sat down for a hand and foot polish change and she started railing on me to have a manicure and pedicure which I didn't want. I mentioned the toenail and then she started screaming at me that I wasn't barefoot when I stepped on it and why didn't I come in more often? It was just harassment and like I said I was the only customer in there and she's browbeating me to come in more often and get a mani-pedi. She also tacks on additional fees when you use a credit card but insists in having tips in cash. I will not be back as it was an absolutely horrible experience. A good business owner would've been polite and apologetic instead of screaming and yelling at me--and charging $32 for a polish change.Helpful 1Thanks 1Love this 0Oh no 0

I've been getting my nails for many decades.
this place Heather's has the
worse customer service, I felt so sorry for those who worked for her. It was embarrassing for them. Her talking wouldn't stop which did't bother me since I didn't heat a think with her heavy accent while wearing a mask.
I drive my all the time and always noticed there weren't anyone in their nail salon, but now I know why.
How could this nail salon be in business? This was a poor customer experience and the girl next to me said, "she isn't ever coming back as well." I know a lot of people in the SM community and will not tell them to go here.
I just noticed just about all their photos are from a different nail salon.

To respond to your microinsult I apologize for my heavy accent I am Vietnamese which is why I usually speak with a higher tone volume so I can pronounce my English vocabulary better.
